Epic championship clashes fill the card; IMPACT Wrestling stars battles to face Kenny Omega
Epic championship clashes fill the card; IMPACT Wrestling stars battle to face Kenny Omega

IMPACT Wrestling delivered another can't miss event tonight with Under Siege. We had several title bouts, leading to a major championship change in the middle of the show. IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo faced arguably her toughest opponent yet in Havok. Josh Alexander's X-Division Title was in jeopardy when he faced El Phantasmo.

We saw a rematch from IMPACT Wrestling Rebellion when Fire 'N Flava fought to regain their Knockouts Tag Titles against new champions Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering. All that, plus two number one contenders matches for the tag titles and Kenny Omega's IMPACT Wrestling World Championship.

Speaking of Omega, he'd join The Good Brothers in a six-man bout against reigning tag champions FinJuice and Eddie Edwards. It was an action-packed three hours. We kicked the night off with Brian Myers, who looked to finally rid himself of Decay when he faced Black Taurus.

Brian Myers vs Black Taurus w/Decay at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege

Black Taurus launched IMPACT Wrestling's Most Professional Wrestler across the ring, showing his incredible strength advantage. Myers was dropped with a pumphandle backbreaker, nearly losing in the opening minutes. He crawled to the corner to escape the onslaught, looking for a reprieve from Decay's new monster.

Everything Myers tried, failed. That was until he attacked Crazzy Steve and distracted Taurus, who checked on his stable mate. Myers flew off the stairs and drove Taurus into the barricade. Back in the ring, a suplex took Taurus over for a two-count.

Taurus began to build steam but was dropped with Myers' sliding leg trip. IMPACT Wrestling's Demon Assassin Rosemary was irate as her monster failed to get back to his feet. Myers kept up the pressure, wearing Taurus down with a headlock and stomping him out in the corner.

Taurus finally turned things in his favor when he hit a high-speed flying crucifix bomb. Myers, somehow, kicked out. Myers was turned around with a spin-out shoulder breaker. An enzuigiri and elevated flatliner planted the beast for a near fall, as Myers moved up to the top rope.

Myers was caught at the top, but shoved Taurus down to the mat after driving a thumb into the big man's eye. The Roster Cut connected, leaving Taurus down for the three count.

Results: Brian Myers defeated Black Taurus via pinfall at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege.

Susan and Kimber Lee vs Taylor Wilde and Tenille Dashwood w/Kaleb with a K at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege

IMPACT Wrestling/TNA legend Taylor Wilde kicked things off with Susan, hitting her with a surprise 619. Kimber Lee tagged in, but Tenille Dashwood saved Wilde from a slam. Dashwood and Wilde took out both of their opponents in the corner with a Taste of Tenille and running dropkick respectively.

Susan yanked Dashwood off the apron, though, as the ref had his back turned. Kimber and Susan tore apart Dashwood for several minutes, but Susan couldn't keep her from tagging in Wilde.

Wilde hit a beautiful bridging suplex to spark a momentary comeback, but couldn't get the win. Susan set up for a superplex. Dashwood tried to make the save but accidentally cost Wilde, hitting the ropes and keeping her from flying off.

The superplex connected, but Susan's feet were on the ropes. Wilde responded with a small package that nearly got the win. While the ref's back was turned, Kaleb with a K rocked Susan with a step-up enzuigiri, allowing Wilde to hit the German suplex for the win.

Results: Taylor Wilde and Tenille Dashwood defeated Susan and Kimber Lee via pinfall at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege.

Grade: C

After the match, we got a vignette from former IMPACT Wrestling World Champion Sami Callihan.

The Draw vowed that he would be the one to win the six-man match tonight, and he'd go onto bring down Kenny Omega once and for all. Thumbs up...thumbs down.

Ace Austin and Madman Fulton vs XXXL vs Rohit Raju and Mahabali Shera vs TJP and Petey Williams at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege0

The team of two IMPACT Wrestling X-Division legends was a welcome addition to this match, but Petey Williams and TJP lacked something every other team had; power. After a short brawl, Acey Romero and Madman Fulton were left in the ring.

Fulton was rocked by Romero, but luckily was saved by a tag from Rohit Raju. The former IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champoin was stunned with a massive open hand slap across the face, nearly knocking him out. Petey Williams hit a blind tag on Acey, and rocked Raju with a hesitation dropkick in the ropes. Oh, Canada connected in the corner before TJP tagged in.

TJP and Petey hit a double hip toss before TJP locked in a sharpshooter. Before Raju could even attempt to break away, TJP transitioned into a Muta Lock. TJP grabbed onto his arms to prevent the tag to Shera.

Maple Leaf Muscle tagged back in but was dropped by a series of suplexes from Raju. Finally, Shera entered the fray, and the Indian Lion and the Mocca Skinned Manimal seemed to have Petey in a bad way. Petey managed to stun Raju long enough to get back to TJP, who went to work on his long-time rival.

Ace Austin hit a blind tag, and the Inevitable One of IMPACT Wrestling hit TJP with a leaping leg drop. Fulton quickly tagged in as well, leading to a pair of boots from the AAW Tag Team Champions that jacked the jaw of TJP. The sidewalk slam/springboard leg drop connected, but Ace was nearly caught in the ropes by Acey Romero.

TJP finally got back to Petey, and the multi-time IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champion hit a smooth tilt-a-whirl Russian leg sweep. A powerbomb planted Ace, but Fulton prevented the Canadian Destroyer. Before he could pull Ace to his corner, XXXL ran in and sent him to the floor. Acey and Larry D launched Ace Austin sky high with a double back body drop.

Petey was crushed with a double shoulder tackle. Shera took down Larry, but an open palm slap from Acey sent him outside. A spinning back kick from Ace sent Romero to the corner, but Ace couldn't celebrate for long as TJP sent him into the corner for a running boot.

Before TJP could hit the Mamba Splash, Rohit Raju tagged himself in and knocked him off the top rope. The spin-out DDT spiked Austin, but Raju found himself in between two eighteen wheelers in XXXL. Fulton saved Ace Austin from the pin and turned Acey Romero inside out with a lariat.

Fulton planted Larry with a spin-out End of Days, and Ace capitalized with an elevated splash off his partner's back, setting them up for a match against the IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Champions.

Results: Ace Austin and Madman Fulton emerged victorious at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege.

The IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Tag Titles are on the line tonight. Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering will defend against the inaugural champions Fire 'N Flava, and Tasha Steelz and Kiera Hogan sent a message to the champs ahead of the bout. Rachael Ellering had the element of surprise at IMPACT Wrestling Rebellion, but tonight will be different. Tonight they'll get the gold back.

W. Morrissey vs Willie Mack at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege

Former IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champion Willie Mack threw strong strikes against W. Morrissey, forcing the big man to the floor. As strong as Morrissey was, he had no chance in a brawl with Mack.

Mack followed and rocked Morrissey several times around ringside. Morrissey seemed to have a busted lip. A running knee to the gut finally slowed Mack down and a nasty big boot sent him through the ropes and to the floor.

Morrisey drove Mack into the ring post and kept hammering him on the floor. He made a bit of a mistake when he stood Mack up, as IMPACT Wrestling's Chocolate Thunder caught him with another heavy right hand.

Back in the ring, a back elbow sent Mack onto his back. A hellacious short-armed clothesline nearly took Mack's head off, and Morrissey followed with an elbow drop to the back of the head. A second one connected and it looked like Mack was almost out again.

At this point Willie Mack wasn't even protecting himself. Every strike Morrissey threw landed perfectly, but Mack refused to give in. A headlock was countered with a jawbreaker, and a series of clotheslines left Morrissey stunned. A spinning back kick launched Morrissey into the corner and a big splash left him on one knee. A flying punch through the ropes left Morrissey in a bad way.

A flying clothesline brought down IMPACT Wrestling's newest giant, but Mack couldn't get the win. Unfortunately, Morrissey responded with the East River Crossing, essentially ending the bout. He didn't go for the pin, though, deciding to finish the job with an unprotected boot to the back of the head.

Results: W. Morrissey defeated Willie Mack via pinfall at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege.

Grade: B+

The victory at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege wasn't enough. W. Morrissey attacked Mack after the match. However, before he could use a chair, Morrissey was stopped by former IMPACT Wrestling World Champion Rich Swann.

Swann returned to save his best friend, forcing Morrissey to the floor with the weapon he introduced to the ring.

IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Title Match: Fire 'N Flava vs Rachael Ellering and Jordynne Grace (c) at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege

The former IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Tag Champions started things off by blindsiding Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering. The champs got control back and Ellering tossed Kiera Hogan into Tasha Steelz. A big spinebuster set Ellering up for an early near fall.

Grace tagged in and hit a trio of gutwrench suplexes. Hogan kicked out at two. A senton from Ellering crushed Hogan for yet another close call. Hogan finally managed to get to her corner when she escaped Ellering's grasp, and Fire 'N Flava's speed came into play. Moving in and out of Ellering's range, they were able to wear down IMPACT Wrestling's latest signee.

Hogan and Steelz constantly kept tagging out, keeping one another fresh while keeping Ellering far away from her corner. Former IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace was forced to watch on from what felt like miles away. A neckbreaker/diving double stomp took Ellering down for a two-count.

Ellering fought back, hammering Steelz with a series of rights and a cutter, but she couldn't get to her corner. Hogan tagged in and hit Grace, forcing the ref to step in and allowing Hogan to hit her running corner dropkick. Fire 'N Flava beat down on Ellering while the ref had his back turned. Ellering finally broke up the onslaught with a clothesline and got to Grace just as Steelz tagged in.

Thicc Mama Pump hit a trio of slams and a Michinoku Driver on Steelz for a close call. Hogan made another save, and Steelz stunned Ellering with a Codebreaker. Grace planted her with a strong spinebuster but was spiked with a DDT. A slingblade from Ellering dropped Hogan, leaving all of these Knockouts down.

Grace and Steelz were back to their feet, and the Boriquan Bad*** of IMPACT Wrestling caught Grace with a pump kick. However, Grace powered through with a clothesline and a corner hip attack. The Vader Bomb was stopped by Hogan, who also dropped Ellering with a Sliced Bread No. 2 on the floor.

Grace was on her own. It was time to prove herself against the former IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Champions. Steelz countered the Grace Driver, and sent Grace down for a Frog Splash. 1-2-3, we've got new champions!

Results: Fire 'N Flava defeated Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering via pinfall at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege.

Grade: A

The inaurugal, and now two-time IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Champions made history tonight. What a match, and what a war. What does this mean for Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering? Hogan and Steelz claimed that Grace couldn't pick up the big win when it mattered, and that was true tonight.

Backstage at Swinger's Palace, Johnny Swinger exiled XXXL from Swinger's Palace. Acey Romero claimed discrimination, but Bravo reminded them that this was an illegal casino.

When Larry D asked what they did to deserve this, Alisha Edwards reminded him that he shot Bravo last year. Hernandez kicked the tag team out.

IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Championship Match: El Phantasmo vs Josh Alexander (c)

The IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champion blocked a takedown from the Bullet Club's El Phantasmo, asserting his dominance early on. Phantasmo couldn't outwrestle The Walking Weapon of IMPACT Wrestling, as he was stunned by Alexander's pure wrestling ability.

Every time Phantasmo thought he had an edge on Alexander, the champion found an escape. A dropkick did stun Alexander, and Phantasmo realized that though he couldn't outwrestle Alexander, he could take over with his speed. A little arrogance, though, allowed Alexander to recover and catch him out of the air with a slam.

El Phantasmo escaped Divine Intervention and ran to the floor. Alexander chased him around and hit a disgusting backbreaker. Phantasmo kicked out and responded with a rope-walking hurricanrana for a near fall. In the corner, he set up for a shotgun dropkick while Alexander was in the tree of woe. However, it was a fake, as he took a page out of IMPACT Wrestling's Petey Williams' book. You know, Oh Canada.

Phantasmo bit the fingers of the former IMPACT Wrestling Tag Champion, but when he went for that full-ring walking Old School, Alexander yanked him off the top for a running Finlay Roll. Alexander followed up with some heavy strikes. A big boot nearly kicked Phantasmo's head off.

Josh Alexander countered a small package, nearly locking ELP in the ankle lock. Phantasmo escaped and hit a pair of springboard cross bodies for a two-count. A roundhouse rocked Alexander, and Phantasmo hit a torture rack neckbreaker for another close call.

The Superkick was countered with another backbreaker, and Alexander locked ELP in the ankle lock again. Phantasmo rolled through and hit a schoolboy with the tights for a near fall. Another loaded kick was blocked. Alexander launched Phantasmo high overhead with a German suplex.

As ELP escaped to the apron to take a seat, Alexander crashed into him with a cross body through the ropes. Alexander was launched off the top with a top rope rana, and Phantasmo followed up with a Frog Splash. A cocky cover allowed Alexancer to kick out.

Phantsmo blocked Divine Intervention, countering with a pinfall. Alexander bridged out for another shot. Phantasmo caught the IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champion with a jackknife pinfall, but couldn't secure the win. Alexander locked in another ankle lock before driving his challenger into his knee with a powerbomb backbreaker.

A fourth ankle lock was locked in, with the grapevine this time. Phantasmo had no choice but to tap out.

Results: Josh Alexander defeated El Phantasmo via submission at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege.

Grade: A+

Unlike Rich Swann and The Good Brothers, Josh Alexander is the first champion to fend off an outsider and keep his title.

IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Championship Match: Havok vs Deonna Purrazzo (c) w/Susan and Kimber Lee

The Kaiju Queen of IMPACT Wrestling dominated Deonna Purrazzo early. Purrazzo's friends at ringside were terrified as Havok nearly hit that guillotine leg drop in the opening moments. Purrazzo rolled away and worked over the arm, trapping it in the ropes and trying to pop the sockets.

The weakened arm prevented Havok from hitting a Tombstone Piledriver, allowing Purrazzo to lock in a chicken wing. Havok had to drive her backward into the ring post. However, when she followed up with a running shoulder tackle, Purrazzo escaped, sending Havok into the post. The Virtuosa of IMPACT Wrestling set up for a tilt-a-whirl into an armbar, but was driven to the mat by a short-armed clothesline.

Havok stomped out the champion and shook some feeling back into her left arm. Purrazzo escaped a fireman's carry slam and bowed Havok across the nose. Havok responded with a choke bomb and Boston Crab. Deonna got out of Havok's grasp and took Havok down with a Fujiwara Armbar attempt. Havok rolled through, kicking the IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Champion's head off with a flash knee.

Purrazzo shook it off and dropped Havok with the Fujiwara Armbar.

Results: Deonna Purrazzo defeated Havok via submission at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege.

Grade: A-

FinJuice and Eddie Edwards vs The Good Brothers and Kenny Omega w/Don Callis at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege

The Machine Gun of IMPACT Wrestling kicked things off with David Finlay. Juice Robinson got the tag, and FinJuice worked over the arm of Karl Anderson. A big slam to Anderson set Juice up to slam his partner for a one-count.

Juice lost control when Anderson grabbed onto the hair, taking him to The Super Elite's corner and tagging in the big man, The Big LG, Doc Gallows. Juice stunned him with a series of rights but stopped the ending shot with an uppercut. Juice still took Gallows to the corner to bring in Finlay.

Omega tagged in for a few shots but didn't want to give fans too much of a good thing, quickly bringing in Anderson. FinJuice and The Good Brothers spent most of the early moments of the match together, keeping that IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Title rivalry hot.

Eddie Edwards finally tagged in, and that's when Kenny Omega really wanted in. The IMPACT Wrestling, AEW, and AAA Mega Champion looked to send a message to the company by picking apart Edwards. However, Edwards and FinJuice dominated The Best Bout Machine.

FinJuice dropped Omega with a double bulldog for a two-count. The Good Brothers pulled Juice to the floor, and though Juice escaped their onslaught, Omega caught him with a baseball slide that sent him into the barricade.

Juice Robinson was left in no man's land as Omega let the former IMPACT Wrestling Tag Champions handle his lightwork. Finlay managed to get the tag and ran wild on The Good Brothers and Kenny Omega. Anderson was the legal man when he made his run, and Finlay hit a flying european uppercut from across the ring, which would've probably earned the win had Omega not broken the pin up.

Omega held onto Finlay's foot to stop him from finishing off Anderson. The Good Brothers followed up, wailing on Finlay on the floor. Doc Gallows was stunned with some boots in the corner, and Finlay took him down with a flying cross body.

Omega tagged in to face off against the heart and soul of IMPACT Wrestling, Eddie Edwards. Omega struggled to keep Edwards from building momentum, and nearly at the Boston Knee Party. A Blue Thunder Bomb dropped Omega high on his neck for a two-count.

Edwards was caught with a hurricanrana as The Good Brothers ran in for a three-on-one beatdown. Edwards avoided Gallows' splash, sending Omega into him and allowing FinJuice to tee off on the trio. Edwards hit the Tiger Driver, and Kenny kicked out at two and nine-tenths. A six-man shmoz ended with Omega saving Gallows from Juice with a V-Trigger. A snap German spiked Edwards, and Omega brought Gallows over, allowing Anderson to leap on top for the three-man splash.

FinJuice broke up the pin, but Eddie was in a bad way. A backdrop (Gallows) neckbreaker (Omega) powerbomb (Anderson) combination hit, and The Good Brothers set up for the Magic Killer. The IMPACT Wrestling tag Team Champions made the save, and Edwards nearly decapitated Omega with a clothesline. Karl Anderson planted Edwards with a TKO for a near fall.

Juice tagged in for the Unprettier and took out Omega. Edwards rocked Anderson with the Boston Knee Party for the surprising victory.

Results: Eddie Edwards and FinJuice defeated The Good Brothers and Kenny Omega via pinfall at IMPACT Wrestling Under Siege.

Grade: B+

Kenny Omega claimed that with him in the match, there was no way they could lose. What does this mean for Omega, and what does it mean for IMPACT Wrestling when it comes to AEW?

Speaking of IMPACT, FinJuice will defend the titles against Madman Fulton and Ace Austin next week.

IMPACT Wrestling World Title Number One Contender's Match: Sami Callihan vs Chris Bey vs Matt Cardona vs Trey Miguel vs Chris Sabin vs Moose

Mr. IMPACT Wrestling Moose invited everyone in the match to come at him. A boot rocked Sami Callihan, and Matt Cardona was sent to the floor. Moose fought Chris Sabin, Chris Bey, and Trey Miguel three-on-one. However, a series of superkicks from Bey and Sabin finally took him down.

Bey caught the former IMPACT Wrestling World Champion with a headscissors takedown and a standing dropkick. Trey Miguel rushed in, flying around the ring for a shotgun dropkick. Sami Callihan came in next, trading shoulder tackles with Trey. Sami caught Trey with the Death Valley Driver, but was attacked by Matt Cardona before he could cover.

Cardona took Callihan out but Moose took his head off with a boot. Cardona dropped the ropes to send Moose to the floor and followed with a wrecking ball dropkick. Moose attacked Matt and Sami on the floor, before Sabin rocked him with an apron kick to the jaw.

Bey and Trey stared each other down before going for a pair of dives, taking out the rest of the competition. The former IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champion Bey dropped Trey face first with an electric chair on the apron.

Callihan set Bey up in the tree of woe and placed Cardona above him. As Callihan went for a superplex, Bey reached up for the German. Sabin rocked a still hanging Bey with the hesitation dropkick, and Trey followed with the Coast to Coast.

IMPACT Wrestling veteran Chris Bey was trapped in a Dragon Sleeper by Trey, but his hold was quickly broken by Moose. The multi-sport athlete demolished both men with heavy blows. A big right sent Bey to the corner, and a standing dropkick nearly sent Bey from the top to the floor.

Trey and Moose waged war on top of another corner, with Trey sending Moose careening to the mat. Before he could capitalize, Moose rushed him for a superplex. Bey leapt off the top for a splash, but the pin was broken up by a chair from Sami.

The Draw of IMPACT Wrestling set the chair up and looked for an exploder. Bey blocked Callihan's attempt, leaving Callihan seated after a leaping knee strike. Callihan countered another move, driving him into the steel with the exploder. Cardona barely made the save.

Cardona left Callihan in the corner for the Broski Boot, getting a near fall. Sabin ran in to take over, hitting a DDT/flatliner combo on both Matt Cardona and Sami Callihan. Sabin followed up with a missile dropkick on Cardona, but Trey caught him with a scorpion kick. Bey took out The Rascal of IMPACT Wrestling only to be turned inside out with the discus lariat. Cardona hit Radio Silence on Moose, but a low blow from Callihan ended Cardona's run.

As Callihan set up for the Cactus Special, The Good Brothers interfered, laying him out. Back inside, Sabin hit the Cradleshock on Cardona, but Moose pulled the ref out of the ring.

Moose tore Sabin's leg apart with two chop blocks and set up for Lights Out. Sabin couldn't avoid the move, and Moose picked up the most important victory of his career.

Results: Moose defeated Chris Sabin via pinfall at IMPACT Wrestling.

Grade: A

Moose said that he was coming for "what was ours." As selfish as Moose can be, this was apparently more about pride in his company than anything else. Moose is now the number one contender, and he vowed to take what belonged to IMPACT Wrestling.
