After what was an incredible showdown between these two men at NXT Takeover: New Orleans back in April, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa once again collide this weekend in Chicago but this time it's in a Street Fight.

The former friends were thought to have settled their differences when Gargano forced Ciampa to tap in New Orleans, but a few weeks later when the former Tag Team Champion was looking to face Aleister Black for the NXT Championship, his former friend reared his head and left him to be stretchered out of the building.
Gargano and Ciampa have a long history together, but this time it's different, Gargano has changed over the past few weeks, to the point where even his wife Candice LeRae has declared that she wants no part of this match because her husband is turning into the person he is fighting against.
#5. Ciampa evens the field and sets up a rubber match
In WWE usually matches come in threes, since Gargano picked up the win back in April in their first match, it would make sense for Ciampa to win the match this weekend and then push the stars into a rubber match to finally settle their differences.
Technically, Gargano won the first match between the two men back at The Cruiserweight Classic in 2016, but when this feud started WWE forgot all about that and the few years that these to had spent together as DIY because Ciampa was out for blood.
If Ciampa does pick up the win, don't expect it to be a straightforward victory, there's a reason this is a Street Fight and the rules have been taken away, expect weapons, interference and a few surprises.
#4. There is no winner
Anyone who has been watching Shinsuke Nakamura vs AJ Styles on the main roster will know that just because the match has a stipulation, doesn't mean that there will be a definitive winner. Gargano and Ciampa could easily beat each other to the point where neither man can make the ten count, which would mean that the match would officially be declared a no-contest or a draw.
Given the heights their unsanctioned match reached back in April, it's easy to see both men throwing everything at one another this weekend and putting on an instant classic, but the result is the most important part of the match since this will give the WWE Universe a feel of what's to come. Could WWE find an original way of making this match a no contest?
#3. Johnny Gargano defeats Tommaso Ciampa
Johnny Gargano has already defeated Ciampa twice, he knows all of his weaknesses and he can use them against him on Saturday night since he knows that there are no rules in a street fight.
Gargano has been on the back foot throughout this feud after it was Ciampa who turned on him and his former friend who decided to continue the feud by sending him to the hospital back in April. Gargano always has the upper hand when they are in the ring and he knows that if he wins this match and is then seen to have beaten Ciampa twice, there will be no need for a blow-off match. Gargano can then set his focus firmly on whoever has the NXT Championship coming out of Chicago.
#2. Interference
Gimmick matches are usually added to cards as a way to ensure that the disqualification rule is off so that there can be interference. Of course, Candice LeRae is expected to get involved in this match, despite the fact that she stated that she was staying out of it, but Kassius Ohno could also decide to make a cameo.
Ohno was a victim at the hands of Ciampa a few weeks ago when he tried to stand up for Gargano and challenged the Sicilian Sychopath to a fight, but he lost and was then brutally beaten after the match as well. Ohno definitely has a score to settle with Ciampa and if he comes and helps Gargano get the win, then this could easily be the end of the feud between the two men.
#1. Candice LeRae joins Ciampa
It's one of the oldest swerves in the book, but it could also be the best way to end this match at Takeover: New Orleans, if Candice decides to make her presence known and inadvertently costs her husband the match or even goes as far as to cost him the match so that this feud will end.
Gargano and Ciampa were close friends, but LeRae was also close to Ciampa, she welcomed him into her home and saw him as family, this has been just as hard on her as her husband and she wants this feud to be over, even if it means turning against her own husband. This would definitely set up a final match between the two and have an interesting narrative over the next few months, but are WWE ready to pull the trigger?
