It's now official! Jon Moxley is out of AEW All Out and will not compete against Kenny Omega. Jon Moxley picked up an elbow injury while working in NJPW and has a serious case of MRSA. While It's unfortunate timing and that fans won't be treated to a potential dream match at All Out, PAC replacing him is a silver lining for AEW.

Where has PAC been?

PAC was one of the first major stars to sign with AEW and he was supposed to have made his debut at Double or Nothing against Hangman Page. But things changed and PAC pulled out of the event. There was no real explanation for this, but rumors at the time suggested at the time there were creative differences with Cody Rhodes and the rest of the VP's.

PAC was even advertised for Fyter Fest to be the 3rd man alongside The Lucha Brothers against The Golden Elite. But he was again replaced at the last minute. Some sources have stated that PAC has had visa issues in the past and this could also be one of the reasons why his AEW debut has been delayed as well as his commitment to Dragon Gate.

Why PAC taking on Kenny Omega at All Out is a blessing in disguise

With PAC taking on Kenny Omega, this actually makes for more intriguing stories. One of the smart things that AEW has done is that they kept everything within a story and have not let anything take away from it. For example, while PAC was out of Double or Nothing, his impromptu match with Hangman Page resulted in an intentional DQ and he tried to destroy Hangman Page's leg.

He said that he was not coming to AEW and he just wanted to hurt The Hangman. While awkward, it actually pushed the story forward and left a door open for PAC to come back to AEW. It looks like his next victim is Kenny Omega and the match is definitely going to thrill the crowd in Chicago.

At the same time, It would have been hard to choose between Moxley and Omega. Both are fan favorites and it was not clear who was the true heel. In PAC, he's a self-proclaimed 'b**tard" who wants to cause chaos everywhere he goes. It makes things easier for the audience.
