After All Out, it's clear that All Elite Wrestling is in full swing. With one Champion crowned and the match set to crown the first AEW Women's World Champion, the attention is now on the stacked tag team division. There are currently 9 teams on the books in All Elite Wrestling, and given how unique and talented every team is, predicting the winner of this upcoming tournament is almost impossible.

From veterans like SCU to fan favorites like the Jurassic Express to the EVP's The Young Bucks, the talent in this tournament is absolutely breathtaking, and it may go down as one of the greatest tag team tournaments in history. So without further ado, sit back and read along as we look towards the AEW Tag Team Championship Tournament, and rank each team in AEW according to their chances of coming out victorious.

#9 The Dark Order

The Dark Order made a surprise appearance at Double or Nothing, and while the crowd originally didn't know who they were, they soon realized that they were indie standouts, Super Smash Bros. Unfortunately for Evil Uno and Stu Grayson, their new gimmick just isn't getting over, and despite winning a first-round bye at All Out, we just can't see them making much noise in the tournament.

It's admirable that AEW are attempting to try different gimmicks like this, but this one just isn't clicking, and if AEW truly do listen to their fans, they'll try to take this a different path. The Dark Order are certainly talented, and the gimmick has potential, but they just haven't got it over yet, and if they continue to build them, it may work. But right now, they just don't have much of a chance at becoming the first AEW World Tag Team Champions.

#8 Angelico and Jack Evans

While they haven't been booked as a feature team so far in All Elite Wrestling, the duo of Angelico and Jack Evans, are two of the best performers in the entire world. They've been rusty since reuniting for the first time in years, but the former AAA Tag Team Champions have all the talent in the world, and their recent heel turn may propel them to great things in AEW.

Right now, they are very low down on the totem pole in AEW's tag team division, but that doesn't mean you should overlook them, because Los Gueros del Cielo will rise to the top one day. When TV finally begins in October, it will allow Angelico and Evans to show off more of their personalities, and if they are given freedom to be the heels they've been for years along with their talent, they may surprise a lot of people, but unfortunately for them, that's a long way down the line.

#7 Private Party

While Private Party have been breakout stars early in the life of All Elite Wrestling, they aren't ready for the top spot yet, and while we'd have them higher on the list, their first-round matchup comes against The Young Bucks. These two are incredibly talented, and it's possible that they could upset the duo of Matt and Nick Jackson, but we just can't see it happening this early in the life of AEW.

Marq Quen and Isaiah Kassidy have all the athleticism in the world, and while their characters haven't developed yet, they've got the potential to be one of the biggest tag teams in the entire world. They got their first tag team win in AEW at All Out by defeating Angelico and Jack Evans, so they've built some momentum towards this tournament, but with their first round contest, we just can't see them winning at this stage.

#6 Best Friends

Despite coming up short at All Out, the duo of Chuck Taylor and Trent got some backup on that night, and are ready to make a great run through the tournament. While the two like to joke around and have some fun, they can go as good as anyone in AEW inside the ring, and with the X-Factor of Orange Cassidy seemingly by their side, anything is possible for the Best Friends.

Despite Best Friends being outside of the ring for quite some time, Dustin and Greg have yet to make a big run as Tag Team Champions of a big company, and as such, it's going to take some time for them to take over AEW. The fans are still behind these two (and especially more with the addition of Freshly Squeezed Cassidy), so they've got hope, but right now, they're on the outside looking in with this upcoming tournament.

#5 SCU

SoCal Uncensored have been three of the most important figures in All Elite Wrestling since the beginning and given their talent, popularity, and skills between the ropes, it's hard to ever count them out. The trio of Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, and Scorpio Sky have been together for a few years now, and while they're all talented as individual performers, together, they make arguably the best trio in the world.

So far, this group is 2-0 in trios competition in AEW, but this is a Tag Team Tournament, and to come out victorious, they'll have to find the perfect combination between the three of them. It's only a matter of time until SCU become AEW World Tag Team Champions because they are very popular and ridiculously talented, but for now, they definitely have some work to do if they want to be the first team to hold those title belts.

#4 A Boy and his Dinosaur

Coming into AEW, we knew plenty of established stars, but the challenge for the company was to create new ones, and they've certainly done that with the pairing of 'Jungleboy' Jack Perry and Luchasaurus. One could argue that they are the hottest act in the young company right now, and seeing the reaction to Luchasaurus at All Out proves that they'll be getting a big-time push, sooner rather than later.

While some people disagree with adding Marko Stunt to the group, it works with the characters that these two have created, but when it's just a Boy and his Dinosaur, magic can be made. If AEW truly are going to listen to the fans, the reaction at All Out should tell you everything you need to know, and these guys have the talent to back it up, so the sky truly is the limit.

#3 LAX

The duo of Santana and Ortiz made their names heard at All Out when they attacked The Young Bucks and Lucha Bros. following their ladder match, and they have the talent to make a much bigger impact going forward. The Latin American X-Change (if they are allowed to use that) were Impact's Tag Team of the Year in 2018, and given all of the new opponents that have presented themselves in AEW, they will get even better going forward.

By appearing at the end of a bout with the two best tag teams in the world, All Elite Wrestling is signaling that these two will play a big role in the tag team division going forward, and it wouldn't shock anyone if they won the tournament. They'll have to do a good job of introducing them further to the fans that may not know them, but Santana and Ortiz are ridiculously talented, and they'll win everyone over in no time.

#2 The Young Bucks

For years now, The Young Bucks have been the best tag team on the planet, and despite their loss at All Out, their record in All Elite Wrestling is still 3-1, so that makes them one of the favorites for this upcoming tournament. Given that they also work as Executive Vice Presidents of AEW, that also may work in their favor, and while we have them as a favorite, we just can't see them winning the tournament.

They are incredible performers, but having them win the titles would bring on too much criticism (in the same way that Cody or Kenny winning the first AEW World Championship would have), so don't expect that. This doesn't mean they'll go out in the first round, however, but the team that does dethrone The Young Bucks will be one that gets a huge push, so make sure to watch each match from this tournament intently.

#1 Lucha Bros

After defeating The Young Bucks at All Out, The Lucha Bros have all the momentum in the world, and combining this with their generational talent, Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix have to be considered favorites in this tournament. Despite it being their first win in All Elite Wrestling, the two put on an incredible performance to defeat the best tag team in the world, and given how hot they are, it wouldn't shock anyone to see them go all the way.

The two have primarily been singles wrestlers in their careers, but AEW are intent on pushing their tag team division heavily, so the duo will stay together for now, and AEW may want to get the most out of them as quick as possible. There are many dream matches for the two (including against each other) as singles stars, but for now, they are arguably the best team in the world, and you'd be a fool to bet against them in this tournament.
