5 possible storylines for Rey and Dominik Mysterio on RAW

In the latest edition of the WWE Draft, SmackDown saw the father-son duo of Rey and Dominik Mysterio move to Monday Night RAW. The decision to shift them to the red brand seems apt.

The Mysterios as a tag team has not been part of any noteworthy storyline of late. They unsuccessfully challenged SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos at SummerSlam. Dominik then also fell short in three back-to-back matches against Sami Zayn in the following weeks.

Damian's feud with The Celtic Warrior may not be over, but a new rivalry with Mysterio for the title could still be considered. Rey has held the U.S. title on two occasions and would indeed like a third.

The feud could also work wonders for Priest as a veteran like Mysterio would put him over. They will collide for the first time, making the contest more thrilling for the WWE Universe.

#2 Rey and Dominik Mysterio feud with RAW Tag Team Champions RK-Bro

The Mysterios have never squared off against the reigning RAW Tag Team Champions, RK-Bro. Two babyface teams with veterans like Rey Mysterio and Randy Orton on each side would make this a dream contest.

Orton and Mysterio had their share of brawls in the past, going as far back as No Way Out in 2006 when a young Randy overcame the experienced Mysterio.

To have them feud again, albeit in a tag-team contest, will still be worth every penny. The Mysterios will be eyeing their first reign as RAW Tag Team Champions as they look to outdo the team of Orton and Riddle.

#1 Dominik betrays his father Rey Mysterio

WWE teased a heel turn for Dominik Mysterio on the September 24 edition of SmackDown. He blamed his father Rey for his three consecutive defeats to Sami Zyan.

In an exciting storyline, the heel turn could happen on RAW as the father-son duo start a rivalry between themselves. This would be very entertaining for the WWE Universe as well.

No one could be better than Rey Mysterio to put his son over on RAW. With this push, Dominik could certainly cement his ambitions to become a successful singles competitor.
