Top 5 feuds WWE fans would love to watch

CM Punk and Sheamus

WWE is an expert when it comes to book boring face vs. heel matches which they believe will make history. Remember TLC? Driving the fans away with such boring, regular feuds isn’t good for business, but putting a face against a face and a heel against a heel definitely is. So Vince, here I propose some feuds which will help in increasing your company’s ratings.

5. CM Punk vs. Sheamus

What if Punk doesn’t win the Royal Rumble? What if he isn’t the last man standing in the Elimination Chamber? Then what will he do at WrestleMania? The guy who retained the WWE Championship at WrestleMania XXVIII and delivered one of the best WrestleMania matches with the Undertaker this year can’t be involved in just any ordinary match at the PPV’s 30th anniversary. A match against Dean Ambrose for the U.S. Championship should be good, but how about a match between Punk and the returning Sheamus? What an awesome match that would be!! Both faces, both talented and both former WrestleMania Champions. And the result would turn one of them into a heel. Can you smell the excitement of a Punk and Sheamus feud fella? Variations can be made in the form of Punk vs. Batista or Sheamus vs. Batista. Win-win situation for everyone.

4. AJ Lee vs. Tamina Snuka

AJ Lee and Tamina Snuka

These two heel divas constitute 66.6% of the actual wrestling Divas that the main roster of WWE currently has, Natalya forming up the remaining percentage. AJ has already contested her title multiple times against the “Total Divas” Natalya and the Bella Twins, so she doesn’t need to contest with them again. The last good feud that WWE’s Divas produced was between the current champion AJ and the former champion Kaitlyn, their rivalry actually made the Divas section watchable for some time. With the “Total Divas” winning and ruining the Divas section, it becomes important for the WWE to put two of their talented Divas in a feud and save the Divas section from ruin. These two talented divas won’t just produce a great match but will bring back legitimacy to the Divas section, and their feud might even surpass the only good feud (of AJ and Kaitlyn) in WWE’s recent history. Since we all know that friends make the best enemies in the WWE, we can expect the feud among the alliance of Tamina and AJ to be a cracking one.

3. The Shield vs. The Wyatt Family

The Wyatt Family and The Shield

2014 might witness the inevitable end of two of the best trios that WWE has ever produced. These two groups consist of the most feared and destructive wrestlers in the company right now. If this feud happens then on one side we will have the skilled athletes of The Shield and on the other side we will have the weird and powerful wrestlers of The Wyatt Family, and together they will deliver the most wonderful match in recent times. And how good it feels to see two of the most powerful and dominating heel stables set free against each other. On the November 11 episode of Raw we got a hint of what it will be like when these two monster groups would face each other, and before The Shield disbands we want to see them in a match against The Wyatt Family. And no other stage except for that of WrestleMania XXX can handle the destruction wrecked by these 6 men.

2. John Cena vs. Undertaker

John Cena vs. Undertaker Dream Match

This match will be as much exciting as it sounds. With just a few fights left in the Phenom, it looks like this is the right time to book a WrestleMania match between the soon-to-be Hall of Famer and the best Superstar of the WWE. With Taker’s 21-0 streak on the line, this match will surely bring out the best out of Cena, something which the WWE fans are missing since a long time. The last time most of us loved watching Cena was during his feud with Brock Lesnar, though most of wanted Lesnar to win it, but he still did his job by pushing Cena to his best. And if Cena performs with the same intensity against the always-delivering Taker then together they will make the 30th anniversary the best in WrestleMania’s history.

1. Brock Lesnar vs. Batista

Brock Lesnar vs. Batista OVW 2001

These two powerhouses came from WWE’s developmental promotion, OVW and the above picture from September 21, 2001 show of OVW can tell you how often these two have faced each other. Batista and Lesnar together were part of the WWE until 2004, but they couldn’t wrestle each other because of the Brand War which was going on during those times. The only time they were together in the WWE ring was at Royal Rumble 2003. Now that Lesnar has become a part of the WWE again and Batista too is set to return on January 20, there is a [small] possibility that WWE might actually book them for a match at WrestleMania XXX. It doesn’t even require any explanation what these two beasts are capable of.
