Welcome to another edition of the top RAW Rumors that could have a major impact on the red brand. With RAW inching towards WrestleMania 37, a lot of stories are unfolding.

The Miz's second defeat at the hands of the new WWE Champion Bobby Lashley has made it clear that the A-Lister is completely out of the title picture for WrestleMania 37.

While Drew McIntyre remains the safest choice to face The Almighty at the Grandest Stage of Them All, there could be a swerve coming the WWE Universe's way.

In this edition, we will talk about the recent booking choices WWE has made for RAW and how some of the storylines have failed to make much sense, among other interesting topics. So without further ado, let's dive in and check out the big stories related to RAW:

#5 Update on a possible match between RAW Superstar Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar

Ever since Bobby Lashley won the WWE Championship at RAW last week, fans have been anticipating a clash between Lashley and Brock Lesnar. The Beast Incarnate has been absent from WWE since WrestleMania 36 where he lost the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre.

WWE Champion and RAW Superstar Bobby Lashley recently spoke to The Wrap to talk about a match against Brock Lesnar in the future. The CEO of The Hurt Business said that he doesn't speak to Brock Lesnar one-on-one, but that a close associate of Lesnar has told him it is not the right time.

"I know I spoke with somebody that was really close to him and they just said, no, it’s just not the time. The only one I can really ask in that manner is (Paul) Heyman, because no one else really talks to Brock, that I know of, I don’t talk to Brock, I really don’t even know Brock that much.''

Not only are both Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley massive powerhouses, but the two also share a history of professional MMA fighting. Booked correctly, Lashley vs Lesnar could be a big-money match for WWE in the future.

#4 WWE creative might be unhappy with Bray Wyatt

Vince Russo discussed "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt's recent booking while speaking on SK Wrestling's Legion of RAW. The former WWE writer stated that a possible reason behind Wyatt's absurd booking could be that he comes up with better ideas than the creative team, which they do not like.

As a result, his character has been watered down continuously and WWE have not utilized his abilities to the fullest. Russo also stated that WWE has failed him time and again, and that it is beyond him why they don't push Bray Wyatt on RAW despite all his talent.

"That might be the answer right there. Because what you just said was that he comes up with better creative than creative does and they don't like that. That does not work for them. They don't like that, bro."

#3 Details about a nixed plan for RAW Superstar The Fiend

Speaking about RAW's The Fiend, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer stated that he was initially set to return at the Royal Rumble. Meltzer further revealed that a 'wacky' gimmick match was set to take place between The Viper and The Fiend at Royal Rumble which will now take place at WrestleMania 37.

"Randy Orton vs. The Fiend, likely in a wacky gimmick match, would seem to be a sure thing since it was set for Royal Rumble and moved back."

The Fiend was 'burned' alive by Randy Orton at TLC and has not been seen since. Bray Wyatt is expected to return with a revamped character.

#2 Is RAW Superstar Drew McIntyre the next Goldberg?

Goldberg's last match in WWE was against RAW Superstar Drew McIntyre at Royal Rumble. While the former world champion could not beat Drew McIntyre, he did help The Scottish Warrior establish his legacy.

Speaking on the Goldberg at 54 documentary, the Hall of Famer talked about his current physical condition and how he is still an asset to WWE. Golberg also said that wrestling Drew McIntyre made him feel like he was battling a younger version of himself.

''I'm not called upon to be some shmuck who's easily run over, you know. Especially in a situation like this, preparing for Drew (McIntyre), who's as in shape as anybody is going to be, as a champion should be. You know, it's like fighting a younger version of myself, in a little way."

#1 Braun Strowman's booking on RAW could be a backstage rib

Ever since returning a few weeks ago on RAW, Shane McMahon has become and has become a thorn in Braun Strowman's side. McMahon has used his power on RAW to continuously make Strowman look like a fool. It seems as though WWE is setting up a match between the two at WrestleMania.

Vince Russo addressed this issue on SK Wrestling's Legion of RAW and said that the storyline just seems like an inside rib on the intelligence level of Braun Strowman.

''I don't know Braun Strowman. I don't know if the dude is a smart guy. Maybe somebody can tell me. I don't know. But bro, this is playing out like it's a rib on the guy because he may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer. I mean, that's what I'm feeling when I'm watching this, especially like his promo here.''

This week on RAW, Shane McMahon cut a promo mocking Braun Strowman, which was reportedly done to get more heat on Shane O'Mac.
