Roman Reigns faced the Monster Among Men in the main event of this week's episode of Monday Night Raw. The Big Dog looked set to leave Toronto with another W under his belt after he nailed Strowman with a spear on the entrance ramp. However, Samoa Joe — who was waiting in the crowd — applied the Coquina clutch on Reigns and handed the victory to Monday Night Raw's Resident Monster.

Strowman and Samoa Joe locked eyes after the match, and this continued even after the show went off the air. After his staredown with the former Ring of Honor standout, the New Face of Destruction picked up a microphone and proclaimed that he would win the Fatal Four-way Match and leave Summerslam as the Universal Champion.
