Becky Lynch returned at SummerSlam 2021 in Las Vegas and rocked the WWE Universe. Becky walked away from WWE in May 2020, whilst also relinquishing her RAW Women's Title, after announcing that she was pregnant. Many wondered if 'The Man' would ever return at all.

Not only did she return, but she made it known that The Man had once again come around. Becky defeated Bianca Belair in a matter of seconds to win the SmackDown Women's Championship.

That being said, here are five reasons as to why Becky Lynch is so much more than 'The Man':

#5 Becky Lynch - The WWE Superstar

Becky Lynch is one of WWE's most recognized superstars of the modern era. She has lit up the WWE roster at every opportunity since signing for the company in 2013. She was awarded WWE Female Superstar of the Year in 2018 and 2019 at the year-end WWE Awards. The Man was even named sixth on the list of Top Female Athletes Worldwide in 2019 by Twitter, showing the impact she's had outside the ring.

One of Becky's finest moments no doubt came in April 2019, where she main-evented WrestleMania 35 along with Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey. Becky captured the RAW and SmackDown Women's Championship to hold both titles simultaneously.

She immediately dubbed herself 'Becky 2 Belts' following the historic moment, which saw the first-ever women's main event on WWE's show of shows. It capped off a fine few months for the Irish native, who won the Women's Royal Rumble just a couple of months prior, to earn the WrestleMania opportunity.

The Man tasted championship gold before her big win at WrestleMania 35, capturing the SmackDown Women's Championship on two occasions. She became the inaugural champion in September 2016 winning a six-pack challenge elimination match which also featured the likes of Alexa Bliss, Naomi and Nikki Bella. Her second reign came in September 2018, where she defeated Charlotte Flair at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view.

Lynch was the longest reigning RAW Women's Champion when she announced her hiatus due to pregnancy in May 2020. Big Time Becks returned at the SummerSlam 2021 pay-per-view and set the challenge to then-champion Bianca Belair.

Belair accepted, and Lynch captured her fourth SmackDown Women's Championship in 26 seconds. It was a moment to rejoice for the WWE Universe who had been patiently waiting for 'The Man' to come back around.

#4 Becky Lynch – The Fitness Junkie

Becky Lynch not only has a strong competitive edge in the ring, she also consistently maintains her fitness. She has a strict diet as well as a healthy regime. When she hits the gym, Becky likes to keep things different, normally focusing on hitting exercises like arm dumbbells, sled pulls, squats and power cleans.

“Championships represent being at the top of your game. It means that you are the best of the best, anybody who wants to take it from me better step up and be better, otherwise I can’t sit with that.” said Lynch.

Being the exceptional athlete that she is, Lynch has no doubt kept in shape all the while being a WWE superstar. Becky certainly leaves no stone unturned. According to Jacked Gorilla, she regularly visits local Crossfit gyms, along with her husband Seth Rollins, and works on a total of nineteen different exercises. She remains fully hydrated and has a love for eating vegetables.

#3 Becky Lynch - The Wife

Not only is she The Man, but Becky Lynch is also 'The Mom' and 'The Wife'. She married her partner, fellow WWE superstar Seth Rollins, in June 2021. They first publicly announced their romantic relationship in May 2019, after first getting together earlier that year.

Since the relationship became public, the couple not shyed away in regards to sharing details of their intimate bond and love for one another. On Father’s Day, Becky Lynch posted a picture of her husband with their daughter, Roux, saying that the newborn is the luckiest daughter to have an incredible father like him.

#2 Becky Lynch – The Mom

Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins welcomed the birth of their baby girl, Roux, in December 2020. The couple took to Instagram to share the big news, breaking the internet in the process. It was a moment to celebrate, as The Man proved once again that she can quite frankly do it all.

Of course, the announcement came with much elation and joy about the WWE Universe. The couple received a whole host of congratulatory messages from fans, personalities and WWE superstars, who shared their love for the couple.

#1 Becky Lynch - The Feminist

The four-time SmackDown Women's Champion is an advocate for gender equality and women's rights. She is no doubt a role model for fans old and young. Becky persistently pushes the narrative to inspire and stop limiting ourselves.

The Man proved that anything was possible when she became one of the first three women to main event WrestleMania. Malala Yousafzai is one of Becky's heroes, who she looks up to as a role model. She fought for girls' education on a very different kind of stage.

“Being a predominantly male-oriented industry, for me it’s an opportunity to showcase what women are capable of and to break down barriers, break down glass ceilings, and take over the world. Every day there’s the challenge to stand up for yourself more, and demand more of myself and for women." Becky Lynch said.

Becky's dream has always been to inspire and stop limiting ourselves and others. It is safe to say that The Man is a pioneer of her generation, who continues to inspire not just on-screen, but off it as well.
