WrestleMania 37 is finally here, and WWE has planned an action-packed pay-per-view spanning over two nights. So far, eight title matches have been confirmed for the show. The SmackDown Women's Championship match and the Universal Championship match will main event Night One and Night Two of WrestleMania, respectively.
This year, WWE decided that the pay-per-view will not feature the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Instead, the Battle Royal will take place on SmackDown this week. At WrestleMania 37, AJ Styles will team up with his long-term ally Omos to challenge The New Day for the RAW Tag Team Championships. Winning the tag titles will make The Phenomenal One a Grand Slam Champion in WWE. This match would also mark Omos's in-ring debut, and viewers have high expectations from the towering giant.
Styles decided to challenge Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods out of the blue. Even though this feud had very little build-up, both teams managed to deliver a couple of entertaining segments. Kingston and Woods constantly tried to prove how Styles and Omos don’t have experience working as a tag team. On the other hand, The Phenomenal One and his tall friend tried to assert that they have enough understanding to get them the tag team titles at WrestleMania.
The New Day are great as tag team champions, but the division desperately needs something fresh. Big E is set to defend his Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania against Apollo Crews. The latter has challenged Big E on multiple occasions in the past. However, Crews always fell short until he turned heel and assaulted the champion. He even embraced a new ‘Nigerian Prince’ gimmick and credited his roots for his newfound motivation.
Even though Crews’ new run as a heel looks promising, we doubt that he will pin Big E to win the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania. The latter has had a good run with the title, but he could still use a few good championship rivalries before his reign comes to an end. As for Crews, WWE teased a potential alliance between him and Roman Reigns. A loss at WrestleMania might finally prompt Crews to join Reigns’ entourage.

Drew McIntyre is set to challenge Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 37. The Scottish Warrior has had a dominant run on RAW even after losing the title, and he is looking strong ahead of his upcoming match. There’s a big chance that McIntyre will reclaim the WWE Championship on the first night of WrestleMania.
McIntyre and Lashley have established themselves as the biggest babyface and the biggest heel on RAW, respectively. Lashley has been incredible ever since he won the title and kickstarted The Almighty Era on the Red brand. On the other hand, McIntyre has defeated one big name after another to regain a shot at the WWE Championship, and he looks determined to win back his gold at WrestleMania.
While Lashley’s run as the titleholder looks promising, McIntyre has already proved himself as an excellent fighting champion. WWE Superstar Sheamus has a much-deserved title match at WrestleMania 37. He will challenge Riddle for the United States Championship at the upcoming pay-per-view. The feud between the two superstars started when The Celtic Warrior attacked Riddle backstage. Even though Sheamus insisted that he only has eyes for the WWE Championship, he didn’t let go of a chance to win the United States title at WrestleMania.
Sheamus recently had a brilliant run in WWE when he delivered one brutal match after another for five consecutive weeks, repeatedly facing Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley. It appears that he will remain in the WWE Championship picture even after WrestleMania. Thus, he might not get his hands on the United States title at the upcoming pay-per-view.
There’s a better chance that Riddle will drop his title to Keith Lee when the latter eventually makes his return. On the other hand, Shamus could be going after Drew McIntyre once again if McIntyre wins the WWE Championship at WrestleMania. At WrestleMania 37, Rhea Ripley will challenge Asuka for her RAW Women’s Championship. Ripley recently made her debut on RAW and went straight after Asuka. The winner of this match will challenge Jax and Baszler on the following day. There’s a high chance that the champions will retain their tag team gold at WrestleMania. No other team has enough momentum on their side to pose a serious threat to their championship reign. Jax and Baszler have worked well as the Women’s Tag Team Champions, competing across all three WWE brands. At WrestleMania 37, SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks will put her title on the line against Bianca Belair. Belair won the 2021 women’s Royal Rumble and decided to challenge The Boss for her title. Given their recent booking on SmackDown, it is expected that Belair will walk out of WrestleMania as the new SmackDown Women’s Champion.
Until recently, Banks and Belair worked as a team and posed a serious challenge to Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler’s dominant run as the Women’s Tag Team Champions. However, an arrogant Banks snapped at her ally when the duo failed to beat Jax and Baszler. She attacked Belair, and the latter eventually hit back with a befitting response, adding more intensity to their WrestleMania feud.
Sasha Banks has enjoyed a decent run as the SmackDown Women’s Champion. Losing the title would barely impact her run, whereas it would completely turn around Belair’s career. This title change at WrestleMania will allow Belair to win her first-ever championship in WWE.
