This past week on the season premiere of Monday Night RAW, the first match for the WWE's upcoming Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia was announced. During a Miz TV segment, it was announced that WWE legends Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan would both put together teams consisting of five superstars that would go head to head at the event.

Following the announcement, Ric Flair announced his team leader would be Randy Orton and Hulk Hogan announced his as Universal Champion Seth Rollins. Following that, King Corbin would join Team Flair, and Rusev joined Team Hogan. Judging from the main event of Raw, it also looks as though this match is going to be one of the biggest on the card at Crown Jewel.

It looks as though Flair is going to have the heel team, while Hogan has the face team. Rusev and Rollins will need three more members before they head over to Saudi Arabia. Let's take a look at three most likely candidates to join the rest of Team Hogan.

#3: The Miz

The Miz has done very little of note on WWE television and his role in this week's announcement was also fairly minimal.

While it wouldn't have made sense for The Miz to get involved in this week's episode of Raw, the former WWE Champion could probably benefit from some exposure and this match provides the perfect opportunity.

The Miz has a history with Ric Flair and the WWE could easily work that in as a reason to get him into this match.

The Miz's character has stagnated somewhat in recent months and a heel turn could be the best thing for him. This match would provide him with the perfect chance to turn heel if WWE decided to. If that wasn't the case though, they could also use the match as a chance to start some sort of feud for him.

#2: Chad Gable

One of the best mini-feuds that has been taking place in WWE recently is the one between Baron Corbin and Chad Gable. The two men seem to have been able to bring the best out of each other and have put on two entertaining encounters already.

With Corbin already having established himself as one of the main members of Team Flair, it would only make sense for Gable to announce himself as a part of Hulk Hogan's team for the match-up.

Vince McMahon is reportedly quite hot on Chad Gable following his recent performances and if that is the case, then a big role in a huge match-up like this could be the best thing for him. The former tag-team champion has proven himself to be one of the best in-ring performers in the WWE in recent months and a lengthy run in this match could certainly help get him further over with the WWE Universe.

Of course, the risk of putting Chad Gable in this match is that the WWE creative turn sour on him and he is given very little time and swiftly eliminated in order to get some more heat on Baron Corbin.

#1: Ricochet

Ricochet is one of the most over babyfaces in the WWE right now, and given that he is without any sort of major feud at the moment, taking part in this match could be huge for him.

The former United States Champion has flirted with the main event scene ever since he made his main roster debut earlier this year and being associated with the likes of Seth Rollins and Hulk Hogan is certainly not going to do his stock any damage.

He is also one of the most talented performers on the main roster at the moment and his unique in-ring style could really help wow members of the Saudi Arabia audience. The WWE could also tie his mini-feud with Cesaro into the match and have the Swiss Cyborg be a member of Team Flair.

More importantly, WWE could use this match as a chance to really get Ricochet over and push him up the card. Having the former NXT star be one of the last remaining superstars in the match could work wonders for him going forward, especially if this match ends up in the main-event slot on the card and he scores a couple of pinfalls.
