The WWE has hired George Barrios, Kevin Dunn and Michelle Wilson as a part of new SEC filing. According to the new deal, each of the three new executives will get 174,095 shares (worth $3 million) of company under the clause that they will continue till July 2018 and the company does well financially.
Also, the three new Non-McMahon Family executives are entitled to a one-year non-compete clause in their contracts just in case they want to resign.
