What's the story?
Mark Henry was a guest on the Jim Ross' Ross Report podcast. Henry talked about an array of topics with his fellow Hall of Famer Jim Ross, including his new role in WWE, his advice for Jon Fatu, better known as Jimmy Uso and why today's Superstars don't want to do "jobs " anymore.
In case you didn't know...
Mark Henry is a long-time WWE Veteran and has held many Championships during his over 15-year long tenure with the company, including the coveted World Heavyweight Championship.
Henry was also inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame during last year's ceremony. He was joined by Goldberg, Ivory and Jeff Jarrett in the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2018.
The heart of the matter
Mark Henry revealed that his new role in WWE is a backstage position of working with the talent and helping them "reprogram".
The World's Strongest Man also talked about today's generation of talent not wanting to do "jobs" and not being able to understand it.
Here is an excerpt of what he said:
"Like nobody wants to do jobs [anymore], They feel like it's beneath them somehow. And I would be, Hall Of Famer or not, I would go back in a heartbeat if my body would allow it, do jobs and show people the way to get it done. But it's unfortunate for me, my body gave up."

He also stated that positive changes are on the way in WWE and we have already seen somewhat of a change in the philosophy of finishes.

Mark Henry is currently an Ambassador for WWE and helps with the developmental team and the marketing team as dealing with all the charities that the WWE endorses and sponsors.
