Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt were released by WWE this year. The two former Universal Champions were part of the Wyatt family together and have teamed and faced each other multiple times in the past.

During an interview with Control Your Narrative, Braun Strowman was asked who he wanted his next opponent. He praised Bray Wyatt and said it was the 'Eater of Worlds' that he wanted.

''There's only one man on this earth that I want to see knocking that door. He's family, he showed me things in life that I never could have imagined seeing. He bestowed the gift upon me of being the godfather to his son. Windham, I'm waiting for you brother," said Strowman.

Strowman also claimed that he doesn't care who his next opponent is. He said it could be anyone who has something inside them that they need to get out. The former Universal Champion said he could help anybody who needs to be 'set free'.

Rumors are suggesting that Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman could both be joining Impact Wrestling or AEW soon. Neither superstar has commented on the possibility.

#4 Jeff Hardy to become Willow in WWE

Three-time WWE World Champion Jeff Hardy could be getting a character change soon. The Charismatic Enigma teased that he would bring a new persona when he returned to SmackDown following the draft.

It is now being speculated that Jeff Hardy's famous character during his time on TNA/Impact Wrestling - Willow - might be making a return.

"Based on Jeff Hardy’s promo on Monday’s RAW and an interview with the NC Culture State podcast where he talked about the character, there’s a lot of speculation Hardy could use his Willow gimmick on SmackDown," reports suggest.

Hardy has had a lackluster run on RAW this past year, and a new character will certainly help revitalize his career in WWE.

Former WWE Tag Team Champion Kenny Dykstra has returned to WWE. This time, however, he has been brought back with an off-screen role as a coach at the Performance Center.

PWInsider has stated that he is back in WWE as a coach. The former Spirit Squad member had announced his retirement from in-ring action earlier this year.

Dykstra worked with WWE from 2005 to 2008 when he was released from his contract. He made a brief return to WWE along with his partner Mikey in 2016, but the run did not last long, and WWE did not offer the two a contract.

SmackDown commentator Pat McAfee revealed on his podcast that WWE had not asked him to be a part of Crown Jewel this month. The event will be taking place in Saudi Arabia on October 21, 2021.

McAfee wished everyone good luck, and also joked about substituting for the announcers held up in Saudi Arabia after their last show in 2020.

''Nope (not invited to Crown Jewel). They're heading over there. I wasn't invited. Good luck. I'm not supposed to be part of that, I'm happy I'm not going or whatever,'' said McAfee.

#1 EC3 wasn't happy with WWE's use of Bray Wyatt

Former WWE Superstar EC3 has said that Bray Wyatt losing to Goldberg in WWE was very upsetting. Goldberg had beaten 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt for the Universal title at last year's Super ShowDown. EC3 said that wrestling "died" for him that day.

Speaking to WrestlingInc, the former 24/7 Champion expressed how sad it was to see a hardworking man like Bray Wyatt lose to a part-time star like Goldberg.

''I’ve watched this man work so hard, and be so unique, and be so creative, and do so many different things, and take it upon himself developing something so special, to have it just thrown away by someone’s decision," said EC3.

WWE released EC3 back in 2020 due to pandemic-related budget cuts. Bray Wyatt was also released in 2021, ending his 11-year tenure.

A prominent name was considered to be one of the best locker room leaders in WWE. Find out who.
