WWE News: Shocking moments from Talking Smack

Talking Smack has gotten much acclaim from the WWE Universe

Talking Smack usually involves Renee Young and Daniel Bryan bringing on a few members of the Smackdown Live! roster and having a discussion with them and asking for their opinions and take on certain things. Bryan and Renee have interactions about all things Smackdown Live, which even includes trash talking Raw. The show itself is loved by many fans.

This week’s Talking Smack, however, had a very different tone to it, and that was for two reasons:

Firstly, when Nikki Bella was the guest on Talking Smack, Carmella once again assaulted her from behind (she did on Smackdown Live! before their match), making it the first time there was a fight on Talking Smack. One of the crew members had to physically carry Carmella away from the area, while the Usos came in and escorted Nikki Bella out, before coming in as guests on Talking Smack themselves a few minutes later. The clip of the assault is below:

Secondly, and most notably, The Miz with Maryse invaded Talking Smack, uninvited, seemingly outraged as to why the Intercontinental Champion was not featured on Smackdown Live! and bragging on how he beat Apollo Crews clean as a whistle. He asked Bryan why he doesn’t respect the Intercontinental Championship, especially since it was the last one that he held. Bryan said that he has nothing against the title, but rather the person holding it.

Bryan then shot at Miz by saying that he doesn’t like the way he wrestles and that he comes off as a coward who does not want to get hurt, and also that he embodies the “soft style” wrestling of WWE that had been there previously. However, Miz fired back, and in a very passionate worked shoot, said that his style has kept him for 10 years in the WWE injury free.

He criticized Bryan of promising the fans that he would return, but he couldn’t because of his style and injuries. Bryan quickly pointed that if WWE would let him return, he would and that it wasn’t his choice. Miz then said that if Bryan wants to wrestle so badly, then he should quit WWE go back to “bingo halls” with his friends and that he was the coward for not getting back to the WWE ring.

Bryan then stormed off and Miz said that he was the one who loves the fans, and Bryan is always the one that walks away all the time. This was the end of the Talking Smack episode this week. The argument can be seen below:
