WWE News:  The Miz sends a message to the SmackDown Live roster hours before his return to the brand

It appears
It appears last night was the end of the partnership of The Miz and The Miztourage

What's the story?

Ahead of The Miz's return to the blue brand tonight, he posted a message via Twitter on Tuesday afternoon to every WWE Superstar on the SmackDown Live roster.

In case you didn't know...

When the second WWE brand split occurred with the WWE Draft in 2016, The Miz and Maryse were drafted to SmackDown Live with the 17th overall pick. The pick was also the 7th overall pick for the brand; which surely infuriated The Miz.

The heart of the matter

The Miz was moved from SmackDown Live to Monday Night Raw on the Superstar Shakeup at this time last year. From there, he continued his feud with WWE Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose, who was also moved over to Monday Night Raw from SmackDown.

In today's tweet, The Miz welcomes back his old friend and appears to have a plan for success upon his return tonight. It is unknown who The Miz feuds with first on SmackDown Live, but all eyes will be on a potential face-off between Miz and Daniel Bryan.

While Daniel Bryan was General Manager of SmackDown Live, Miz would get into some heated arguments on not only SmackDown Live, but Talking Smack as well. Take a look at one of the best promos that Miz ever had on Talking Smack below:

What's next?

SmackDown Live is just hours away when it takes place at the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island. It'll be night two of the Superstar Shakeup where we will see who from Monday Night Raw comes over to SmackDown Live.

Author's take

There were many exciting announcements on Monday Night Raw last night for the Superstar Shakeup, but I was most excited for The Miz returning to SmackDown Live for one reason, Daniel Bryan.

I wasn't the only one excited about it either. Social media was exploding with excitement at the fact that this feud will finally get a payoff when previously it couldn't have a payoff with Bryan not being able to wrestle any longer.
