What's the story?

This week's WWE RAW was the Money in the Bank go-home show, where we saw some fantastic action from the O2 Arena in London, England.

After RAW went off the air, we had a Universal title match, as well as a dream match of sorts.

In case you didn't know...

In this week's RAW, the main event saw Braun Strowman face off against Sami Zayn, where the winner of the falls count anywhere match would be added to the men's Money in the Bank ladder match.

Strowman bullied Zayn, but Zayn got help from Baron Corbin and Drew McIntyre which gave Zayn the win and a spot in the men's Money in the Bank ladder match. Corbin and McIntyre are also a part of the men's Money in the Bank ladder match.

The heart of the matter

After RAW went off the air, AJ Styles faced off against Drew McIntyre, both of whom were a part of TNA/Impact Wrestling, but never faced each other as they were not in the company at the same time.

McIntyre spoke about how he would love to face against Styles in a future feud. The match ended in a disqualification victory for Styles after McIntyre attacked him with a steel chair.

In the other match after RAW went off the air, Universal Champion Seth Rollins, defended his title against Baron Corbin. Corbin was involved in the brutal beating of Braun Strowman in Strowman's match against Zayn, which was the last match of the night.

Rollins got the win and retained his title, which he will defend against AJ Styles this Sunday at Money in the Bank.

What's next?

The Money in the Bank PPV will air this Sunday, 19th May 2019.
