It's the 2nd Monday Night RAW of 2020 and WWE have an exciting line-up in place. Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman are set to appear once again while Aleister Black and Buddy Murphy will clash in the ring for the 3rd week in a row.

The Royal Rumble build up is set to continue while the first-ever fistfight match is set to take place as well. Kevin Owens, Big Show and Samoa Joe are set to team up against AoP and Seth Rollins and we could see them take the rivalry to Royal Rumble too.

On that note, here are 3 things that should happen and 2 that shouldn't on RAW tonight:

Should happen: Another twist in Rusev-Lana-Lashley storyline

The storyline involving Rusev, Lana and Bobby Lashley has been going on for over 3 months now and it is not going to end any time soon. A majority of the WWE Universe has not taken kindly to the storyline so far but it has gotten a lot more interesting of late.

Rusev, Lana and Bobby Lashley have been doing their part really well and with Liv Morgan joining the farce at the end of December, it took a dramatic turn. She was missing last week on RAW while Rusev apppeared on the titantron and gave the newly married couple a present – photos from their wedding that was crashed by him, Liv Morgan and others.

Tonight, Lashley and Rusev will go one-on-one and there is a very good chance of both Lana and Liv Morgan going face to face as well. Lana has already revealed that she will be returning to the ring this year and if things go according to plan, she might be involved in a mixed tag team match soon.

However, for that, WWE need to extend this storyline a little more and it will be interesting to see what they have in store for us tonight.

Shouldn't happen: Hints of Edge returning

Rumors of Edge making his WWE in-ring return have been going around for some time now and several reliable sources have reported the same. The former WWE champion has been spotted going to the WWE Doctor and also at several tapings.

Randy Orton used him in his promo last week and things have been going crazy ever since. There are already multiple reports of Edge returning and if there is another one on the show tonight, the surprise at Royal Rumble will be spoiled.

WrestleZone reported last week that Edge will be in the Royal Rumble and if we have hints dropped on RAW or SmackDown, things will become quite obvious.

"A source speaking with Wrestlezone recently said Edge will make his in-ring return, and we can expect to see him as an entrant in the 2020 Men’s Royal Rumble match."

There has to be some surprise left with respect to the Royal Rumble returns and someone like Edge coming back will get one of the biggest pops ever!

Should happen: Drew McIntyre confronts Brock Lesnar

Drew McIntyre deserves a push this year and needs to become a WWE Champion. He has been brilliant ever since his return but has just not got that singles push as yet.

The expectation was that McIntyre would confront Lesnar at last week's RAW and set up a match at Royal Rumble. But that did not happen and instead, Lesnar will be entering the Rumble at the #1 spot.

It was a wise decision in a way as WWE have no plans for Lesnar to drop the title any time soon. And giving McIntyre a match at the pay-per-view, for the title, only to end up losing would have not done him any good.

However, WWE need to show that they are looking to push him and what better time to start than tonight? McIntyre needs to confront the WWE Champion and entering the Rumble at #2 to challenge him would not be the worst thing. Tonight could be the start of the feud that will keep the WWE Universe glued.

Shouldn't happen: End of Black-Murphy feud

Aleister Black and Buddy Murphy have been in a feud for some time but the former 205 Live champion has not been able to win a single match. They clashed at TLC last month with Black suffering an injury to his nose but still picking up the win.

Murphy is determined to win at all costs and recently tweeted saying that the devil told him how he can pick up that win.

“Last night the Devil came to me in a dream. Told me the truth! I know where I have to go! I know what I have to do! I CAN beat him... I WILL beat him! #WWERAW”

Beating Black is not going to be an easy task for Murphy as the former NXT champion has remained unbeaten for over a year now. No one managed to pick up a win against Black in 2019 and it looks like WWE are in no mood to end that streak.

Tonight's match could possibly be the end of this feud but we really hope it is not as it has been really good inside the ring!

Should happen: Asuka gets her revenge on Becky Lynch

Asuka and Becky Lynch will be going head-to-head at Royal Rumble this year. The RAW Women's champion has been chasing Asuka for a match for a while and she's finally got it.

Last week on RAW, Becky was cutting a promo when Asuka and Kairi Sane interrupted her. The tag-team champion was in the ring when The Man punched her and left her on the floor.

Asuka will be looking for revenge and that needs to happen tonight on RAW. The feud has seen very little action and most of the buildup has been promos and not matchups. While a one-on-one match is not expected, there has to be a point in the show when Asuka attacks Becky.

A contract signing could happen next week on RAW but before that, WWE need to amp things up as this feud has not garnered the interest of the fans as much as it should have. Becky and Asuka going at each other could be a good way to end the show as they have it in them to keep the fans glued.
