RAW Results: Bobby Lashley attacked after main event; New Champions crowned

Bobby Lashley and MVP kicked off RAW and were celebrating the dawn of The All Mighty Era in WWE. Lashley said he will destroy Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania and then the rest of the RAW locker room too. The Miz came out and tried to convince Lashley he was not at peak performance after having stomach cramps before the match.

The A-Lister wanted another title shot and said that Bobby was yet to face the 'real' Miz. Drew McIntyre came out and started trash-talking on Lashley and MVP. He said the former US Champion was living vicariously through the WWE Champion.

Drew gave Miz a choice to back out of the match tonight on RAW before calling Lashley a 'bald b*tch'. The WWE Champion attacked the Scotsman while he was talking to The Miz.

The A-Lister took advantage by unloading on McIntyre in the ring. Lashley was watching from the stage when Sheamus took him out from behind and MVP had to drag him away.


Backstage on RAW, Sheamus said he would be the one to beat Lashley.


Drew McIntyre vs. The Miz on RAW

McIntyre got a Glasgow Kiss in early on and took The Miz to the corner to beat him up. The former WWE Champion hit a clothesline before Morrison distracted Drew by grabbing his leg from ringside.

Morrison threw his sunglasses at McIntyre but the Scotsman destroyed them. The former WWE Champion hit The Miz with the Reverse Alabama Slam but Morrison dragged The A-Lister out before the Claymore connected. The referee sent Morrison away from ringside and The Miz was alone.

The A-Lister tried to hit the Skull Crushing Finale but was unable to connect. McIntyre threw The Miz out of the ring and hit him with spinebusters against the barricade and the apron before smashing his face against the steps.

McIntyre got the Futureshock DDT and the Claymore. However, instead of pinning The Miz, Drew pointed at the WrestleMania sign and locked in the Hurt Lock, sending a message to Lashley.

Braun Strowman was out next on RAW. Shane McMahon came out and called him stupid in more ways than one. Strowman got mad before challenging Shane to a match. The Authority Figure agreed, calling it a "brains vs. Braun" match.


R-Truth was backstage on RAW to celebrate Steve Austin's 3:16 day on the 15th and offered the other Superstars beer. But they had matches so they turned him down.


Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke vs. Lana & Naomi on RAW

Brooke and Naomi started off the match and Rose was tagged in early on before she hit a big suplex on the former Women's Champion. Lana came in and took control of the match, hitting a bulldog and double knees to the back of the head.

Lana hit a neckbreaker for a near fall before Rose broke the tag. Asuka interrupted the match with her entrance and Shayna Baszler tried to attack her at ringside. The RAW Women's Champion unloaded on The Queen Of Spades before officials stepped in and separated them.

In the ring, Brooke hit the Spinning Neckbreaker for the win.

The New Day were backstage on RAW and Riddle wished them luck for their upcoming title match against The Hurt Business. The US Champion wanted to get matching tattoos and go for an all-you-can-eat pancake buffet together.


The Hurt Business vs. The New Day - RAW Tag Team Title match

Woods and Alexander kicked off and The New Day were in control early on as they isolated Cedric. Shelton Benjamin came in and took control of the match before sending Woods off the apron with a knee strike.

Outside, Benjamin sent The New Day member into the steel steps before Kofi hit a missile dropkick and made the tag. Woods was sent into the announce table before we headed for a break.

Back from a break on RAW, Woods was in the ring and took the Michinoku Driver for a near fall. Kingston tagged in and hit the Trouble in Paradise on Benjamin before taking Alexander out on the outside.

Woods hit the elbow drop before they hit the double team finisher on Benjamin for the win.

Result: The New Day def. The Hurt Business to become the new RAW Tag Team Champions

AJ Styles and Omos were out after the match and congratulated the New Day before challenging them for the RAW tag team titles at WrestleMania. Kofi asked if they even knew how to work together before they agreed to the match.


Backstage on RAW, Bad Bunny and Damian Priest mocked The Miz before The A-Lister fired back and The Archer Of Infamy scared him off.

R-Truth came in with some Steve Austin merch and handed it to Bunny before asking for the 24/7 title back. The Grammy Award winner gave Truth his title back and the chase was on again for the 24/7 title.


Damian Priest vs. Jaxson Ryker on RAW

Ryker took Priest into the corner and pounded on him early on. He went for a suplex but Priest hit the Broken Arrow. Damian went for Hit the Lights and picked up the win.

Elias attacked Priest from behind after the match. He got his guitar to hit The Archer of Infamy but Bad Bunny took it away from him. Elias grabbed the rapper but he slipped out and punched The Drifter. Priest hit the bell clap on Elias and rocked him with the Hit the Lights.

John Morrison came out to compliment Priest for the win on RAW but The Miz attacked Bad Bunny from behind with a guitar and ran away.


Bobby Lashley and MVP were backstage on RAW and said that what happens to Sheamus tonight will happen to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania.


Shane McMahon vs Braun Strowman on RAW

Shane McMahon came out for the match and was taunting Braun by stretching and warming up at ringside before the former Universal Champion got mad and attacked him. Shane O'Mac was sent into the barricades before the match even began.

Braun charged at him and the Authority Figure used a camera from the ringside crew and attacked The Monster Among Men with it. Shane set up Strowman on the announce table and hit an elbow drop from the top rope.

Shane got buckets of slime from under the ring and poured it on Braun while he was on the ground. He taunted the former Universal Champion and threatened him before walking out.

Result: DNF


Alexa Bliss was backstage at Alexa's Playground and said that Randy Orton had to face her at Fastlane to get the former Women's Champion out of his life.


Asuka vs. Shayna Baszler on RAW

Asuka attacked Jax and Baszler before the bell was rung on RAW. The RAW Women's Champion continued to dominate after the match was officially underway. Jax tried to interfere but took a kick before Shayna got a kick of her own in.

The Irresistible Force tried to interfere once more and took a dropkick. Baszler and Asuka exchanged holds before the RAW Women's Champion rolled up The Queen Of Spades while in the Khirifuda Clutch for the win.

Baszler tried to kick Asuka in the face after the match but the Empress Of Tomorrow blocked it and kicked the Women's Tag Team Champion in the face instead. Asuka then uncovered the buckles in the corner and drove Baszler face-first into it.

Result: Asuka def. Shayna Baszler

Riddle (c) vs. Mustafa Ali - United States title match on RAW

Riddle was in control early but Ali tossed him into the announce desk. The RETRIBUTION Leader kicked the US Champion when he rolled back into the ring before being hit with a swinging neckbreaker to the floor from the apron.

Back on RAW after the break, Ali hit a neck breaker and Riddle replied with a Pele kick and the Bro-ton.

Riddle missed the Final Flash before Ali rolled him up for a near fall off a distraction. Riddle managed to hit the Bro-Derek for the win on RAW.

Result: Riddle def. Mustafa Ali to retain the United States title

Backstage on RAW, Randy Orton said he would kick Alexa out of his life this Sunday at Fastlane.


Drew McIntyre was out for the RAW main event and said that Lashley was too confident and that Sheamus and he still had a score to settle at Fastlane.

Sheamus was mauled just as the bell rang before the former WWE Champion got an opening and went for some strikes. They went to the mat before Sheamus took a stalling vertical suplex.

Outside the ring, The Celtic Warrior was sent into the steel post before he used the ropes to get some offense in on Lashley. Back after the break, Sheamus was still being manhandled and took a spear in the corner.

The Irish Superstar sent Lashley into the ring post before getting a top rope clothesline for a one-count. Sheamus hit the chops on the apron and then the Irish Curse Backbreaker.

The Celtic Warrior kicked out of a power slam before taking a superplex but then hit a knee strike and the White Noise. Lashley countered the Brogue kick and hit a Spear for the win.

Result: Bobby Lashley def. Sheamus

Lashley locked in the Hurt Lock on Sheamus after the match and taunted Drew. However, the Scotsman had the last laugh as he laid out the WWE Champion with a Claymore.

Two titles changed hands on RAW as we head towards Fastlane on Sunday. Just a month before WrestleMania, AJ Styles and Omos challenged the New Day for the tag team titles. Meanwhile Asuka returned and got revenge on Bazsler.
