There had been a lot of speculation recently over Randy Orton's possible decision to move to AEW after his contract with WWE was done. These rumors were sparked by none other than Orton himself, who continued to tease joining AEW and leaving WWE on his social media.

One such post by Orton which went viral saw him posing with a sign saying 'Elite' with the caption 'tik tok tik tok' - hinting that he is writing for the right time to jump to AEW. However, there were multiple reports which stated that such behavior by Orton in only for him to secure a better deal with WWE; which, as per recent events, he has.

Here is what PWInsider has revealed:

The word making the rounds backstage at Monday Night Raw yesterday on Long Island, NY was that Randy Orton inked a new, multi-year deal with World Wrestling Entertainment. PWInsider.com has confirmed that is the case."

These reports were corroborated by Randy Orton himself when he revealed that he has signed a 5-year contract with the company. Randy Orton's former mentor Triple H also has some interesting words regarding the same:

"I'm glad to put the rumors to rest. For almost two decades, Randy Orton has been a cornerstone of WWE...and Randy Orton will remain a cornerstone of WWE for a long time!"

#4 Seth Rollins is not a happy man

There had been reports stating that Vince McMahon conducted a meeting before RAW to address the Superstars regarding the controversy surrounding Saudi Arabia. Some reports suggested that apart from McMahon himself, Seth Rollins gave a 'rah-rah' speech to the locker room - which wasn't well received.

The Architect revealed via an interview with Fightful, as well as on his Twitter that these reports are not correct, and he did not give any such speech. Here is what Rollins told Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful:

Vince and Triple H held an all talent meeting to explain the travel situation returning from Crown Jewel. They commended the talent for their conduct in a tough spot and fielded questions and allowed anyone to voice their feelings on the matter. Some talent spoke up and overall it was a productive forum. I said zero words. I made no speech. Pretty simple.

The former Universal Champion is clearly not happy with these rumors and has made his stance perfectly clear. It was also stated that it was, in fact, AJ Styles who had made the speech to the locker room and not Seth Rollins.

While Natalya and Lacey Evans recently made history at Crown Jewel, another prominent member of the Women's division in WWE - Alexa Bliss - has been absent from television for quite some time.

The reason behind her absence has been revealed to be an 'undisclosed injury'. While many reports suggested that it may be a serious concern, WWE has come out with an official statement saying that the injury is minor and nothing serious:

Alexa Bliss recently sustained an undisclosed injury, as first reported on WWE Backstage on Tuesday. However, the ailment is minor and she is expected to return to action soon.
The Goddess hasn’t competed since WWE Hell in a Cell when she and Nikki Cross lost the Women’s Tag Team Championship to The Kabuki Warriors. Bliss & Cross were traded to SmackDown last month after the WWE Draft.

Corey Graves is the latest entrant in the wrestling-related podcast space with his WWE sponsored podcast: After The Bell. On the most recent episode of his podcast, Graves revealed why he isn't a fan of the on-going love triangle storyline between Rusev, Lana and Bobby Lashley:

“Something that I don’t think you will enjoy – because God knows I haven’t – is this endless soap opera between Rusev and Lana and Lashley. My god, let it end. Let the suffering stop. I don’t feel bad for Rusev. I think Rusev looks ridiculous.”

He further stated that he finds the story very very strange and considered it to be the low-point of RAW this week.

While the entire NXT roster has been busy making an impact on RAW and SmackDown ahead of Survivor Series, one of NXT's biggest stars, Velveteen Dream, has been absent. It has been revealed by Dave Meltzer on WOR that the reason behind Dream not being part of the invasion angle is his injury:

Dave Meltzer noted Velveteen Dream is injured and that’s why he’s not involved in the recent NXT invasions of Raw and SmackDown. He’s not expected back in time for Survivor Series.
