Erick Rowan kicked off SmackDown Live and started bragging how he destroyed Daniel Bryan last week, comparing it to works of great artists. Daniel Bryan came out and told Rowan that if he wanted his respect, he had to defeat Bryan in a one-on-one match. The impromptu match began shortly after.

Rowan was tossing Bryan around the ring as the match started and had control of the match early on. Daniel managed to hit a double ax-handle but failed to capitalize. Rowan hit a powerbomb into the ring post before we headed for commercials.

Back to the ring, Bryan used the ring post to damage Rowan's knee before taking a Fallaway Slam and then a bearhug after a near fall. Bryan hit the 'Yes' kicks and Rowan kicked out at the count of one!

Daniel locked in the LaBell lock but Luke Harper ran the distraction before Daniel sent him into the announce table. Rowan hit two Iron Claws in the ring off the distraction and got the three-count.

The Bludgeons were about to brutalise Bryan after the match but Roman Reigns came out to make the save. Roman hit Superman Punches and a spear to take out the Bludgeons, making them retreat.

Daniel refused Roman's hand and got to his feet by himself before challenging the Bludgeons to a match with Roman as his tag partner and the crowd replied with a resounding "Yes".


We got a video package of Brock Lesnar's destructive rise to the top of the WWE roster.

Kofi Kingston was in a backstage interview with Michael Cole and said that he was at the top of his game right now. Kofi added that next week would be a huge deal for WWE and he won't let Brock steal the spotlight.


Chad Gable was out next and Mike Kanellis came out immediately after to challenge him to a match. He wanted to prove to his wife that 'size does matter'.

Gable hit a huge belly to belly and threw Mike across the ring. He locked in the anklelock immediately after and got the submission victory.

Elias appeared on the Titantron after the match and sang a little song, insulting Gable for his height.


Backstage, Charlotte and Carmella agreed that what Bayley did last week was not fair and Carmella was shocked as she never thought her friend was capable of that.

Carmella and Banks began the match and R-Truth was at ringside. Banks threw Carmella outside the ring before tagging in Bayley. Bayley threw her onto the announce table and then into the ring, taunting her the whole time.

Carmella made the tag and Charlotte took control with a huge suplex to Bayley. The Queen hit a Big Boot to the face of the champ and Banks came in with a Meteora from the ropes. Carmella tagged herself in and then took out Banks with a crossbody from the top rope. Sasha hit the Banks' Statement on Carmella and got the win.

R-Truth took a downed Carmella and ran away as the locker room ran after them for her 24-7 title.

Charlotte was left alone in the ring and Sasha & Bayley were about to attack when Becky Lynch came out and hit Bexploders on both the heels, locking in the Disarmher on Sasha. Bayley pulled Sasha to safety and ran away while Becky stood tall in the ring.

Ali vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

Nakamura took a big dropkick early on before Ali hit a huge dive and then a crossbody in the ring. Zayn ran a distraction and Nakamura sent Ali into the ring post. We returned from commercials to see Ali hit a big kick and then the knees in the corner.

Ali got a near fall after a huge dropkick and Nakamura took control with a Snap German Suplex off the ropes. Ali hit a superkick and got another near fall. Ali hit a DDT and went up top but Zayn pulled Nakamura out of danger.

Zayn taunted Ali on the outside, letting Nakamura hit the Kinshasa and get the pinfall.

Backstage, Shane McMahon was talking with his lawyers about his lawsuit and we were about to get an update later in the night.

Woods and Axel kicked off the match and Curtis did the floss to taunt his opponent. Axel tagged in Dallas and Woods was in trouble. Bo took Big E out from ringside and got a near fall on Woods. Big E sent Curtis into the barricades and then hit the Midnight hour in the ring with the help of Woods for the three-count as New Day got a big win.

Fire & Desire were backstage and Otis got a selfie with Mandy Rose who was handing out magazines which she was on the cover of.


The Kabuki Warriors vs. Mandy Rose & Sonya DeVille

Asuka and Sonya kicked off the match and DeVille was in control early on. Asuka tagged Sane in and they hit a big double-team move. DeVille sent Sane outside and Mandy taunted her with a magazine.

Back in the ring, Kairi hit a sliding kick on Rose and Mandy got a near fall off a distraction. Asuka tagged in and hit the hip attack to Mandy in the corner. Kairi Sane hit the Insane Elbow after a Codebreaker from Asuka and got the win.

Shane McMahon was out next with his team of lawyers and called out Kevin Owens. Shane gave KO some choices: Either let Shane continue this lawsuit for years while KO loses money and has not job, OR, KO is reinstated in the roster and Shane drops the huge fine.

Kevin called Shane a real idiot and said that the thought of a lawsuit makes him sick. All KO wants is to get Shane fired. He proposed one final match.

If Shane wins, he moves on from the WWE and if KO wins, Shane gets fired. he proposed a ladder match with the lawsuit and Shane's career on the line!


Backstage, Becky was in an interview when Banks attacked her and used a chain-link fence as a weapon.

There wasn't too many surprises this week as it was the last episode on the USA Network. Bryan's face turn and KO putting it all on the line against Shane at Hell In A Cell were the two major developments. Next time, you will see the Blue Brand on FOX as Friday Night SmackDown.
