The Elimination Chamber is one of the most brutal steel structures, a WWE superstar could step his foot inside. What’s more brutal than the Chamber is the competition for winning the match. With 6 competitors in the match, this match gets 6 times more intense than a usual one.

Like always, there is just one winner, but that doesn’t mean that the other 5 superstars haven’t performed well. But, there are some superstars who have made a mark with their poor Elimination Chamber track record, these are those guys who have not only failed to win a match, but have also failed to eliminate enough superstars.

45 different superstars have been a part of the Elimination Chamber’s 16-match old history. Out of these, 22 have participated only once, so they can’t be judged “worse” on the basis of a single appearance. 10 different superstars have won the match, so they are also out of this list. This leaves us with 13 superstars and 5 of them have made it to this list. Here are those 5 superstars, you wouldn’t like to place your bet on:

5. Randy Orton, 3 elimination in 5 appearances

Orton might be entering this year’s Elimination Chamber match as the Champion but Orton’s past record doesn’t favor him to win the match. Orton’s first Elimination Chamber was at SummerSlam 2003, where he was the second person to be eliminated from the match after he was on the receiving end of a Spear from Goldberg.

But, in his next Chamber match at New Year’s Revolution 2005, Orton came close to winning the World Heavyweight Championship, as he finished second to Triple H. But two successive setbacks in the 2010 and 2011 Raw Elimination Chamber matches ruined the significance of his 2005 performance.

Though, in last year’s Chamber match Orton came second to the winner, Swagger, and also eliminated two other superstars, but at best this performance can only balance his Elimination Chamber track record affected by the 2010 and 2011 performances. He has been waiting to win the Elimination Chamber match for over a decade and this year, he might just win the match and retain his title.

4. Kane, 2 eliminations in 5 appearances

If you look at Santino Marella’s Elimination Chamber record of 2 eliminations in a single appearance (2012 SmackDown Elimination Chamber match) then Kane’s record will definitely disappoint you.

Kane is one of those superstars who have the ability to deliver great performances under any given stipulation, but unfortunately he hasn’t performed well enough inside the Elimination Chamber. In 4 of his 5 appearances, Kane has failed to eliminate even a single superstar, his 2 eliminations came in the 2011 SmackDown Elimination Chamber match, which were Big Show and Drew McIntyre.

One will always expect more from a wrestler of Kane’s stature, but despite being a dominating force in all his 5 matches, he has never been able to perform up to his standards, but it’s not his fault that WWE never made him a Elimination Chamber winner, and this should also remind you about the Royal Rumble.

The 6 participants for this year’s Elimination Chamber have already been chosen, but with Kane’s involvement in the Daniel Bryan-Randy Orton match on Raw, and his history with Bryan one can expect Kane to replace either Cesaro or Christian in the match.

3. Big Show, 2 eliminations in 4 appearances

He might be the world’s largest athlete, but he has never been an outstanding performer in the Elimination Chamber. His first match was at December to Dismember where he entered last and was beaten up by Bobby Lashley, who pinned him to win the ECW World Championship.

He was again an easy prey in the SmackDown Elimination Chamber at No Way Out 2009. His last two appearances were in the SmackDown Elimination Chamber matches for the World Heavyweight Championship in 2011 and 2012 where his performance improved a bit as he eliminated a superstar in both these matches, but never came close to winning, rather he was the second to be eliminated on both these occasions.

2. The Great Khali, 0 eliminations in 2 appearances

Khali made his first Elimination Chamber appearance in the SmackDown/ECW Elimination Chamber match at the 2008 No Way Out. His pod was the second to open, and he dominated the match but only briefly before submitting to The Undertaker‘s Hell’s Gate, and hence getting eliminated without eliminating anyone.

In his second and last appearance which was in the 2012 SmackDown Elimination Chamber match, Khali was the first one to be eliminated despite entering the match at number 5. What’s the use of that big size if you can’t eliminate even a single superstar?! With that track record, no one would like to see Khali inside the Elimination Chamber again.

1. R-Truth, 0 eliminations in 3 appearances

R-Truth made his Elimination Chamber debut in the 2010 SmackDown Elimination Chamber match, where he started the match with CM Punk, who took only 3 and a half minutes to eliminate Truth. He was eliminated even before a pod could open. His second appearance was in the 2011 Raw Elimination Chamber match.

He started the match inside a pod which opened at number 3, despite this advantage Truth was again the first one to get eliminated, this time by Sheamus. In his 3rd and last Elimination Chamber appearance, Truth scored a hat-trick of being the first elimination in the match. Definitely, the poorest record in Elimination Chamber’s history.
