An eventful night saw NXT pick up the most wins

Survivor Series kicked off with the Women's Tag Team match as Team Flair from RAW and Team Banks from SmackDown walked out to the ring followed by the NXT Superstars.

The pre-show saw the Viking Raiders defeat the Undisputed Era and the New Day while Lio Rush defeated Kalisto and Akira Tozawa to retain the Cruiserweight title.

Also on the kickoff show, Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode won the tag team Over-The-Top-Rope Battle Royal and HBK announced the NXT lineup for the Men's Tag Team Elimination match.

Team RAW vs. Team SmackDown vs. Team NXT - Women's Elimination Match

Lacey Evans took on Toni Storm and Sarah Logan as the match started. Nikki tagged in as Lacey fell to the outside. Logan hit a big knee on Storm before being stopped by Nikki. Shirai and Sane were face-to-face after tags were made and Shirai hit a basement dropkick on the women's tag champ.

Dana Brooke tagged in and hit a huge senton before squaring off with LeRae. Shirai and LeRae were on the floor and looked to be hurt as officials came out to assist them. Team NXT was down to three members as the two were escorted away and the team captains were in the ring together but Ripley tagged in Belair.

Nikki Cross and Sarah Logan were the first to be eliminated. Charlotte hit the Natural Selection on Carmella, getting the third elimination. Banks eliminated Sane and Asuka pinned Dana Brooke before starting a fight with her teammate Charlotte. Asuka hit the Green Mist on Charlotte and walked out of the ring, leaving Lacey Evans to eliminate Flair.

Lacey Evans and Bianca Belair were eliminated followed by Natalya, leaving Banks and Ripley in the match. Sasha had the Banks Statement locked in as Shirai and LeRae rejoined the match. Ripley hit the Riptide with the help of her teammates and got the win!

Result: Team NXT won the Women's Tag Team Elimination Match

Backstage, Seth Rollins asked Kevin Owens if he was loyal to RAW or NXT. KO said that RAW needed him and he was disappointed that Rollins would question him like that.


Roderick Strong vs. Shinsuke Nakamura vs. AJ Styles

Strong put on a great fight as he dropped Nakamura outside and tried to take out Styles, but Styles hung on. Styles hit Strong with a running knee before Strong hit Styles and Nakamura with strikes after getting out of a hold with an arm drag.

Sami Zayn rolled Nakamura to the outside to give him a breather when things looked dire as Styles and Strong went up the ropes. AJ had Strong on an Electric Chair position and Shinsuke hit a big kick off the top.

Styles managed to hit the Phenomenal Forearm but couldn't get the pin, as Roderick Strong threw him out and got the pin on Nakamura.

Backstage, The Miz was worried about Daniel Bryan's match and told him that he had to put a stop to the Fiend but Bryan told him off.


Adam Cole (c) vs. Pete Dunne - NXT Championship Match

Dunne went straight to work on Cole's fingers and arm but the champ stomped on his face. Dunne hit the Bitter end for a near fall before Cole hit the Panama Sunrise on the apron.

Cole hit a Superkick for a near fall before Dunne got the champ's fingers but Cole countered. Cole hit the Destroyer and the Last Shot to get the win.

Result: Adam Cole def. Pete Dunne to retain NXT Championship

Backstage, Corbin was trying to rally the troops but no one paid attention to him and instead looked to Reigns for guidance.


We got a recap of Wyatt and Bryan's last few promos from SmackDown as we got ready for Universal title match.

Bryan tried to get the upper hand off the bat but Wyatt took him down quickly and kept him down by hitting one big move after the other. Bryan reversed the Sister Abigail and hit a top rope dive on the champ to the outside.

The Fiend was down for the first time and Bryan stomped on him. He went for the Yes chants, tried for the Running Knee and hit it but The Fiend kicked out. The Fiend hit the Mandible Claw in the middle of the ring and got the pin.

Result: The Fiend def. Daniel Bryan to retain the Univeral Championship

Rey Mysterio was backstage and hoped his son would be watching as he destroyed Brock Lesnar.


Up next was the Survivor Series Elimination Match between the three teams that would represent the brands.

Rollins, Strowman, and Ciampa kicked us off and Braun had the upper hand early on. McIntyre was tagged in as well as Walter and they teamed up against Braun before turning on each other. Drew hit the claymore and eliminated Walter, the first-ever pinfall of UK champion's career.

Damian Priest was in and Shorty G tagged in and took him down. Owens came in and hit a frog splash on Shorty G, eliminating him. Owens was eliminated by Ciampa and Orton took to the ring.

Randy hit two RKOs and eliminated Priest before Riddle eliminated Orton but he came back for another RKO. Corbin eliminated Riddle before Braun, Drew and Lee were in the ring. Braun Strowman was eliminated via count-out followed by Ricochet. Ali and Corbin got into a fight and Rollins got the stomp and eliminated Ali.

Reigns and Corbin started quarreling on the outside before Roman eliminated Drew McIntyre. Reigns hit a Superman Punch on Corbin before hitting a Spear and Ciampa got the pin on the king.

Reigns and Rollins teamed up and were about to put Ciampa through a table but Keith Lee took them out. Rollins eliminated Ciampa and Lee eliminated Rollins. Reigns hit a spear and got the win!

Result: Team SmackDown won the Elimination match

Becky Lynch had a warning for Shayna Baszler and Bayley before the show went on.

Rey went straight for his favorite weapon, the lead pipe and Brock retreated but then took him down in the ring. Brock threw him out of the ring and sent him over the announce tables.

Brock hit a German Suplex on the pipe before Rey's son Dominik came in to stop the match. Brock was about to attack Dominik and instead, Rey and his son teamed up on Brock and hit a double 619.

Dominik hit a frog splash but took a Suplex before Brock hit the F5 on Rey and got the win.

Result: Brock Lesnar def. Rey Mysterio to retain the WWE Championship

Becky Lynch vs. Bayley vs. Shayna Baszler

Baszler was dominating early but Bayley took control for a moment before she was taken down. Baszler went for the gutwrench but was taken out by Bayley. Becky locked in the Disarmher on Bayley but Baszler broke it up.

Shayna locked in a Kirifuda Clutch but Bayley interrupted again and was thrown out for her troubles. Bayley's left leg looked to be hurt. Becky was sent onto the announce table before Shayna knocked Bayley out in the ring.

Result: Shayna Baszler def. Bayley & Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch sent Baszler throught the table before celebrating and closed out the night.


PPV rating: A+

This was one of the better PPVs of the year thanks to the all-star lineup. NXT wowed us all and SmackDown wasn't far behind. Cole vs Dunne was easily the match of the night.
