Watch: Bryson DeChambeau spotted practicing late night at Valhalla after PGA Championship round 2

Bryson DeChambeau was seen practising late at night after the second round at the 2024 PGA Championship. The 106th edition of the tournament is being held at Valhalla Golf Club and the second round concluded on May 17, Friday.

After the round, DeChambeau was seen on the golf range at Valhalla Golf Club. In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter) by NUCLRGOLF, he is seen making two strokes at 9.15 PM local time in Louisville, Kentucky. After making the first stroke, he's seen celebrating it in the epiphany of making a good shot.

The LIV Golfer Bryson DeChambeau tied for the scored the lowest score in the second round with Collin Morikawa, Matt Wallace, Lee Hodges and Hideki Matsuyama. He carded 65 with 6 under par on Friday, May 17. He also finished his round after the horn to avoid teeing up the rest of the holes on Saturday.

Regarding the Saturday's score and finishing on Friday itself, Chambeau said (via LIV Golf):

"In this scenario, I'm a bit greedy. I was very pleased to get both."

DeChambeau carded four birdies with three consecutive birdies on the front nine on the third, fourth and fifth hole. On the back nine, he secured three more birdies on 10th, 13th and 16th hole. He also conceded a bogey on the par-4 12th hole.

While talking about the round, he said (via LIV Golf):

"When I didn't have my best, I got up and down most of the time besides 12. Looking for that bogey-free round. Didn't happen. But you know what, I'm pleased with the way I'm playing. This golf course is a good test of golf and I'm excited for the weekend."

Bryson DeChambeau is tied at the fourth position with Thomas Detry, Scottie Scheffler and Mark Hubbard with an overall score of 9 under. He's the top LIV Golfer on the leaderboard at the 2024 PGA Championship.
