Nick Aldis breaks silence after quietly signing blockbuster name during WWE Draft's Night 1

Nick Aldis made a huge scoop for SmackDown by making an enormous signing that has changed the picture of the WWE roster completely. The SmackDown general manager has now sent the star a message.

During the Draft, there were some unexpected changes between the brands, although the big surprises were few and far between. Aldis lost the chance to sign Bron Breakker and looked quite unhappy when RAW drafted him. But he did manage a huge scoop in return when he was able to sign Nia Jax.

Jax's arrival has naturally changed the entire women's division, and she has made a statement by attacking Bayley almost immediately. She seemingly intends to win the Women's Title as soon as she can.

While Jax will have to wait until after Backlash, where Naomi and Tiffany Stratton are facing Bayley in a Triple Threat match, it does not appear that she will face any opposition from the SmackDown general manager.

Nick Aldis has laid out the red carpet for his newest blockbuster signing, as he has now posted a picture that the two took together and welcomed her to the blue brand. The National Treasure added that he expected Jax to put the entire women's division on notice.

The rest of the women on SmackDown might have to sit up and take notice of The Irresistible Force's dominance after her arrival.

Nick Aldis signing Nia Jax makes sense given her recent dominance in WWE

While Jax has not won the Women's Championship since coming back to the promotion, she came really close when facing Rhea Ripley at Elimination Chamber for the Women's World Title. She also destroyed Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan in previous editions of RAW, while also laying out every star who got in her way.

Nick Aldis, having signed her, currently has some of the top names in the women's division on SmackDown. Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair, Bayley, Asuka, and IYO SKY, among others, are all part of the blue brand.

The second night of the Draft remains and it could change the division considerably.
