WWE PLEs (Premium Live Events) are where fans get to witness the biggest matches and moments. Whether it’s a surprise return, a surprise title change, or even sometimes, a surprise exit. Therefore, knowing the schedule of Premium Live Events beforehand helps the fans know which one they’d like to be a part of.
More often than not, fans from across The States, if not from anywhere else, fly in for the various PLEs. Hence, the company releases the scheduled dates for most of them well in advance.
The next PLE scheduled is Night of Champions on May 27, 2023. The venue for Night of Champions is Jeddah Super Dome in Saudi Arabia.
Following that, The company has released the scheduled dates and venues for the following WWE PLEs:
NXT Battleground scheduled for May 28, 2023, at Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts.
Money in the Bank scheduled for July 1, 2023, at The O2 Arena in London, England.
SummerSlam is scheduled for August 5, 2023, at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.
What are the other WWE PLEs for 2023?
Apart from the above, Premium Live Events include Extreme Rules, Crown Jewel, and Survivor Series.
For the last two years (2022 and 2021), Extreme Rules has been scheduled in the time period between late September to early October. Therefore, following SummerSlam, the next PLE in 2023 could be Extreme Rules, scheduled for late September. Since it gives the Superstars and WWE two months to prepare and work in new rivalries and storylines.
Next, Crown Jewel was on November 5 in 2022, and October 21 in 2021. Interestingly, Crown Jewel is usually an event that happens in Saudi Arabia. But this time, Night of Champions is already happening in Saudi Arabia! While it’s unknown if PLEs in 2023 will include Crown Jewel or not, if it does, fans can expect the event to be scheduled sometime around late October.
Finally, Survivor Series was between November 21 and November 26 in the last two years. If the company is done with Extreme Rules and Crown Jewel by late October 2023, fans can expect Survivor Series at the end of November 2023.
There have been changes to the management recently, especially with Endeavor Group acquiring the company and merging it with UFC.
Hence, there could be newer types of events and PLEs, and every PLE may not get a spot in the future schedules.
