Boca Juniors Football School joins hands with the Brigade Schools in Bangalore

Oct 9, 2013: Boca Juniors Football School India (BJFSI), school to one of the premier football clubs in the world, Club Atletico Boca Junior, announced their association with The Brigade Schools in Bangalore today to impart Football training as a part of School Curriculum to students of The Brigade Schools across Bangalore.

BJFSI will provide football training to students of The Brigade School at J P Nagar, Malleshwaram and Mahadevapura on an ongoing basis round the year and provide progressive training to the students following Boca Juniors methodology.

David Moliner Monerdero, National Technical Director, BJFSI commented, “We are excited about our association with The Brigade Schools and this is a great opportunity for students of The Brigade Schools to learn nuances of football under professional supervision. Additionally, students will learn to work as a team through football and respect each other, inside and outside the field “.

Ms Githa Shankar Chairperson , Brigade Foundation, commented, ” We have made football training compulsory for our students at The Brigade Schools as it also helps students to work as a team in a disciplined manner.The professional framework of BJFSI will benefit our students – both at elementary and advanced levels. It is important that the students learn it right from the beginning to enjoy the game and advance their skills under professional supervision”.

Additionally, students of The Brigade Schools would be given the opportunity to visit Buenos Aries, Argentina where they would live the life of a Boca Juniors football player. The students would be housed in the Boca Juniors Academy and they would be a privileged lot who would train under the first team coaches.
