Floyd Mayweather is a cherry-picker

Floyd Mayweather – seeking one final payday

Floyd Mayweather has announced his next opponent, and it seems that Andre Berto has just hit the lottery. Mayweather will face Berto on September 12, and boxing fans around the world are extremely upset with this news. Floyd Mayweather has been called a cherry picker for most of his career, but fighting Andre Berto definitely puts the icing on his cherry-filled cake. There were so many other options for Floyd Mayweather. Most casual boxing fans have never even heard of Andre Berto. Floyd could've fought Amir Khan, Keith Thurman, or Gennady Golovkin. However, Floyd Mayweather has decided to fight Andre Berto instead. Mayweather vs Berto will do dismal PPV buys, but Floyd already cashed in against Manny Pacquiao. It seems that luck is always on Mayweather's side. On May 2nd, Floyd Mayweather fought an injured Manny Pacquiao, and the fight was much closer than the way that the judges saw it. Whatever the case may be, Floyd Mayweather has discovered a secret to stay undefeated. Floyd calls himself "the best ever," but he hasn't accomplished legendary feats like boxing legends of the past. Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson, and Roberto Duran had historical boxing careers, but Floyd still calls himself "TBE." Unfortunately for Mayweather, true boxing fans do not label him as "TBE," and we never will. Nonetheless, Floyd's business moves are brilliant, and he will lace up the gloves for one final payday on September 12.
