Alastair Cook has become the batsman to be dismissed the most number of times by Ishant Sharma after the latter picked up the English captain’s wicket on day 4 of the 2nd Investec Test match at Lord’s.

Cook went clear of Australians Michael Clarke and Ricky Ponting who have been dismissed 7 times by the Indian pace bowler. On the same day, Sharma also dismissed Ian Bell for 1 run, who meant the English batsman became the fourth on the list.
