Barely ten days after the previous incident, Bangladesh opening batsman Tamim Iqbal has once again found himself in the middle of a shoulder-barging incident. This time though, it is with the 22-year-old South African wicket-keeper Quinton de Kock during the ongoing first Test at Chittagong, reports ESPNcricinfo.

The incident occurred after the last ball of the morning session as soon as the umpires called for lunch. After blocking the last delivery of that over, Tamim turned around to walk towards the dressing room, but got into an argument with the keeper.

The conversation between the duo turned ugly as they shoulder-barged and immediately the skipper Hashim Amla diffused the situation by separating the two away from each other as the rest of the players and the two umpires gathered in the middle.

South African spearhead Dale Steyn further calmed the tension between the players by talking to Tamim as the players walked towards the dressing room. The incident was not broadcasted live by the host broadcaster Gazi TV, but was shown a little on the big screen inside the stadium.

The match referee will now view the footage and will decide on what to do with the players. It is to be noted that just a few days ago during the second ODI between these two sides, Rilee Rossouw shoulder-barged Tamim and was later fined 50% of his match fees.
