Discussion between Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber after Malaysian 2013 Grand Prix. Webber clearly points out that it was a Multi-21 code, which was a code in Red Bull Racing which meant 2nd placed driver wouldn’t try to overtake the 1st placed driver.
