Arsenal coach Wenger praises youngsters Holding, Bielik

London, July 27 (IANS) Arsenal head coach Arsenal Wenger heaped lavish praise on young football talent Rob Holding saying he is very "promising".

"(We chose to take him from Bolton Wanderers because of his quality," Wenger told Arsenal's website on Tuesday.

"He's a young, promising centre back. You don't find centre backs that often and we can educate them when they're at that age."

Holding is set to make his debut on their pre-season tour of America as defenders Laurent Koscielny and Per Mertesacker may not be available for the games. Holding spent the last season on loan with Bury F.C.

The coach is also content with the improvement of 18-year-old Poland midfielder Krystian Bielik who Arsenal roped in from Legia Warsaw.

"We can give them all the ingredients we think are important," he said.

"Krystian Bielik is developing well now and he can also be used as a central midfielder, so overall it's an opportunity I wanted to take because that's a difficult position to find nowadays."
