Liverpool returned to the UEFA Champions League after five long seasons. And they even won their first match 2-1 against Bulgarian side Ludogorets at Anfield on Tuesday night.

But it wasn’t the best of returns for a certain section of the fans watching the game on television? Why? Because Liverpool played in their traditional all-red kit while Ludogorets played in their all-green kit.

While that is normal (well, maybe not an all-green kit), some viewers had a tough time following the game.

Fans who suffer from red-green colour blindness (also known as Deuteranomaly) couldn’t make out which team was Liverpool and which one was Ludogorets.

To these viewers, both teams appeared to be wearing identical kits!
