It seems like David Moyes is enjoying life in Spain! In Real Sociedad’s Copa del Rey match against Villareal, David Moyes was sent off. So, the Scottish manager casually went to the stands and started interacting with fans who offered him food, which the Scot gladly gobbled down.
Sociedad were trailing 0-1 from the first leg and were tied 2-2 at home in the second leg when Moyes was sent off.
Despite being 2-3 down on aggregate, Moyes is seen enjoying himself in the stands. He is seen eating crisps with a fan sitting behind him and is also offered something more which the former Manchester United manager refuses.
The scoreline remained the same as Villareal knocked Moyes’ Real Sociedad out of the Cup.
I guess you can just relax and eat with fans while you team loses if you’ve beaten Lionel Messi’s Barcelona in the league. After a torrid spell at Manchester United, it is refreshing to see the 51-year-old enjoying himself.
