Reports: Gareth Bale likely to return to the Premier League next month

Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale’s chances of making a return to the Premier League have now become increasingly high with reports in Spain suggesting that the Welshman has indeed accepted the offer from Premier League giants Manchester United.

The 25-year-old has been rumored to be coming to Old Trafford in January, with suggestions that Los Blancos could sell the former Tottenham Hotspurs striker in the transfer market next month.

Bale’s agent had earlier denied any deal, but according to sources now, he is keen on coming back to the Premier League. Reports also suggested that United are willing to shell out £120 million for Bale.

The Welshman made a move from Spurs to Real Madrid in September 2013. on a six-year contract deal for reportedly a sum of £77 million. He played 44 games for Madrid last season across all competitions, scoring 22 goals and was also part of the team that won the Champions League, earlier this year, beating Atletico Madrid 4-1 in the final at the Estádio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal.

He has played 22 games for Madrid so far this season, scoring 11 goals.
