"Calcutta House" from Kolkata qualified for the finals of the India Football Tour after winning the Kolkata leg of the competition. Here are excerpts from the interview with the finalists:

#1 How excited are you for the finals?
We are really excited winning the Kolkata Leg but the excitement is confined to ourselves at the moment. The feelings shall be revealed after winning the final.
#2 How have you been preparing for the finals?
We have a few sessions together, played a few local tournaments and practice during weekends.
#3 What sets your team apart?
We think we share a good team bond on and off the field. We are not professionals but we have a good understanding of each other’s strengths and weaknesses and play as a team.
#4 Players in your team to watch out for and why?
Watch out for us as a TEAM. We do not have any individual favourites.
#5 How has the experience with IFT been?
We would prefer answering this question post the finals. But so far it’s been so good.
#6 History of your club/Team. How it all started? How has the journey been?
2 years back when we met each other as opponents, we learned that we live close by. We exchanged numbers. So each time one took a match the rest were called. The results were positive. Eventually, we formed a team and played various tournaments. Thanks to Tirthankar who has been a great motivation for the rest of us.
