India lose to Uzbekistan in U-16 Asian football

Tehran, Sep 23 - Uzbekistan beat India 3-2 in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Under-16 Championship here at the Rah Ayan Stadium Sunday.

For Uzbekistan, Odilov Mukhiddin, Abdullaev Ibrokhim and substitute Abdiganiyev Ilhomjon scored one apiece.

India next play Syria Sep 25.
