Wonderkids are the pride of every club. Many great clubs like Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool have a tradition of producing wonder kids and nurturing them into world-class footballers.

Examples include Steven Gerrard, Ryan Giggs, Ashley Cole etc. However, due to the advent of insane revenue through sponsorships and TV deals, clubs are more inclined towards buying established stars nowadays.

Still, development of youth lies in the core of English football and isn't being completely ignored. Clubs will be of the opinion that a small dividend into a young player now, can lead to huge gains or profits in the future. Here is a list of players you need to watch out for before they hit it big in the future.

#5 Reiss Nelson (Arsenal)

Constantly being compared to Thierry Henry by many in the Arsenal youth set-up, Nelson has big expectations to fulfill and the 18-year-old is taking it one step at a time.

The winger signed his first professional contract last year and impressed many during the pre-season tour.

Nelson played a vital role in Arsenal's Europa League group stage campaign, playing in all 6 of the Gunners matches. He is well-known for his pace, agility and technical ability.

Already being linked to Real Madrid and PSG, the youngster scored 9 goals in 10 appearances for England U-17 and has already made his debut for England U-19's. The future definitely does look bright for this stalwart.

The Welsh international is a pacey striker with attributes such as intelligent movement and superb finishing. He has also captained the U-19 side at age 17, which is a rare achievement.

He scored a 25-yard winner on his debut for Wales and in the process, became the second youngest scorer for Wales behind Gareth Bale.

The youngster features regularly for Liverpool in cup games and under the watchful eyes of an experienced coach like Jurgen Klopp, he is destined for greatness.

The only Defender on this list is also the best teenager in England right now. The right-back is a glimmer of hope in a Liverpool defense that has had its fair share of problems in recent years.

The 19-year-old made his first start against Manchester United at Old Trafford displaying the faith that Klopp has on the teenager.

However, he really came into the limelight when he scored a beautiful free kick on his European debut, helping Liverpool qualify for the group stages of the Champions League.
