Here photos on Mumbai-based Premier India Football Academy’s 7th PIFA International Football Camp held at the Unison World School in Dehradun with experienced FA licensed coaches from November 21 to 24, 2013.
The four days camp commenced with a day dedicated to the basic elements of Football training – shooting, dribbling, passing speed test, mine league and control. Also a fitness test as well as psychology test was conducted to make the children aware of how they can help themselves. The students were taught the skill of attacking, types of dribbling, world cup test and passing test on the second day. On the third day they were taught defending, body shape & juggling. On the fourth day penetration, shooting and shooting test training was given to the students. In the end they were divided in four teams and football matches were organized between the teams.
The Valediction ceremony took place in the seminar hall at UWS on November 24. The Chief Guest for the evening was Rajesh Mamgain, District Sports Officer. A presentation of the camp was given by the coaches Crish Shah and Ian R. Certificates to all the participants were given by the Chief Guest.
