The child who received Ronaldo’s jersey broke down into tears

What happens when you meet your footballing idol and he signs your jersey? In most cases, you are full of emotions and don’t really know how to react. That is precisely what happened to a child in Australia, who started crying after his Real Madrid jersey was signed by Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Real Madrid star stepped out of his team’s hotel on their pre-season tour of Australia and was greeted by a hoard of adoring fans, young and old. Seeing that, Ronaldo started signing their jerseys and other merchandise and in the process made the day of quite a few fans.

However, the most heartfelt emotion in that entire sequence of events was displayed by this young kid who broke down into tears of joy once the Portuguese superstar signed his jersey. Clearly the moment was very intense, and he couldn’t help himself, but getting that signed jersey from Ronaldo is something the child won’t forget for the rest of his life.
