India’s largest Corporate Relay Race goes National. Grand Prize for Winning Corporate Teams
Bangalore, April 2014: With more than 3000 participants from some of the biggest Corporate Houses running at PUMA Urban Stampede last year – the popular race will now travel to 8 cities for the 2014-15 season. PUMA Urban Stampede powered By Flipkart is a relay race where 4 member teams vie for the title of the fastest team in the Men’s, Women’s and Mixed categories.
Started in Bangalore in 2008, PUMA Urban Stampede Powered By Flipkart has enjoyed unprecedented growth – prompting Runners for Life and PUMA to take it to other cities. Flipkart has also come on board as an Associate Sponsor – thereby increasing the scale and reach of the event. This year – the event will travel to Pune, Chandigarh, Kolkata and Chennai in addition to the existing races in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad.
The PUMA Urban Stampede Powered By Flipkart will now feature a 2x10k Open Challenge as well as an individual 5k competition in addition to the 4X5k Corporate Relay. Also coming on board for the 2014 – 2015 edition of PUMA Urban Stampede are:
