Shayak

Games in India plays a major source of income. In India. irrespective if their age everybody like to play games. This became another platform for the Bollywood industry to earn money as well as promoting their movies. All the major banner movies nowadays promote their movies by releasing any manner of game either on the console, PC or mobile platform. This also shows that Bollywood has got a step ahead of its comfort zone, and is their work is appreciated by the people too.So without much ado, here we six major Bollywood movies which turned into games.

#1 Ra One

In the year of 2011, Ra.One was one of the most eagerly waited movies of the year. At that time it was the most expensive movie that was made by the Bollywood film industry.

The visual effects of the movie were good enough for Bollywood standards. In order to promote the movie, the producers released official Ra.One: The Game on PS2 platform. For his game, SRK wrote: “Yippeee my own personal video game...though the hair is little pointy…"

The games served as a prequel to the movie where the players control G.One aka SRK. The game provides an opportunity to the players to play as the key characters of the film: RA.ONE or G.One.

Beyond these two characters, a few other key characters will also be included in the game. The film characters have been replicated closely for looks and animation and use the actual voice-overs from Shah Rukh Khan.

#2 Krrish

Krrish was a sequel to 2003 film, Koi Mil Gaya. With the audiences praising Hrithik’s performance in the movie, it became a huge success. Shortly after the release of the movie, a game titled the same as the movie was released for mobile platform.

The shoddy amateurish quake quality makes sense when you consider that it's a fan-made game. the Krrish Game Cheats that promise "Krrish Health Unlimited with Unlimited Super Power Attacks" is almost adorable. You can imagine the game as combination of Mario with Contra.

The game allows you to use various powers o Krrish and bring wraith upon your enemies. In the latest releaseof the installment, Krrish 3, a game of the same name was released in Android platform which had neat graphics. In the game you had to battle your opponent which were same as that of the movie. The gameplay was similar to that of Mortal Combat.

#3 Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara(ZNMD) is one of my personal favourite movies. The movie explained to live your life without any regrets as you get to live it just once.

Sadly a dumb version of the movie was transformed into a mobile platform game. In the game, users participate in the La Tomatina festival, an annual event in Spain that involves throwing and squashing an unlimited supply of tomatoes on friends and family all day long.

#4 Singham

Who can forget 2012’s biggest action movie. Rohit Shetty’s Singham stole away the Newton’s Laws of Physics and let people as well as cars fly with just a single punch.

The box office smash hit 'Singham' used a movie-themed mobile game to promote the masala movie. Featuring action and racing, the game has you, Bajirao Singham shooting enemies while driving vehicles ranging from a Motorcycle to a SUV on the streets of Goa in several missions and environments.

In the game, you get to run and drive through the streets o Mumbai. ump over obstacles, flip cars, ride a Bullet and bash enemies into the ground to become the unstoppable force of justice in this free, fast paced, action adventure game. Immerse yourself in stunning environments of Mumbai city as you journey through from suburbs to the city hunting down crime.

Throw briefcases, baskets and even coconuts at enemies or whip them with your Police Belt to sweep away evil from your beloved city.

#5 Don

Farhan Akhtar’s remake of the original Don with SRK playing the lead role was a bliss to the sight of sore eyes. the movie had amazing car chase with white knuckle fight sequences.

In the game, Race and Chase has you racing on the streets of Kuala Lumpur to capture the Don. Whereas, the role-playing game requires the player to help SRK find the disk that his Don status is a case of mistaken identity.

In the sequel game of the movie, other features were included and the story was also changed. Having conquered the Asian underworld, Don now has his sights set on European domination.

In his way are the bosses of the existing European underworld and all law enforcement agencies. The action shifts from Kuala Lumpur to Berlin as Don must avoid assassination or arrest, whichever comes first, in order for his plan to succeed.

#6 Ghajini

Aamir Khan’s 2009 Christmas release Ghajini was an overall rollercoaster ride for everyone. It was an action packed game with great emotional moments.

Ghajini's game version was India's first 3D PC action game based on a Bollywood movie. The Third Person Action game recreated movie locations, scenes and visual content from the movie for an authentic gaming experience. And, as Sanjay (dubbed by Aamir Khan), you got to kill people!

The story of the game remains the same. As Sanjay Singhania, you are set out to avenge the death of your beloved, Kalpana.

The game features various usage of martial arts, various weapons, and other artefacts. But after the first 15 minutes, the game seems like Hitman only.
