Everton are cursed with the luck of being the second best club in Liverpool but that doesnt mean they dont have their share of celebrity supporters much like their illustrious rivals. It is a well known fact that some of most iconic Liverpool players like Ian Rush, Michael Owen, Robbie Fowler, Steve McManaman and Jamie Carragher were all Toffees supporters during their youth. #1 Sir Paul McCartney

The former Beatle who is one of the most iconic musicians ever happens to be a Toffees fan. The legendary singer regularly went to Goodison Park with his family to watch the team play during his youth and even though he confessed that he doesn’t keep track of football regularly Everton can always count on his support.

#2 Sylvester Stallone

Hollywood action man Sylvester Stallone who will always be remembered for his roles as Rocky Balboa and John Rambo became an Everton fan after he was invited to watch one of their Premier League games by his friend and business partner Robert Earl a few years ago. Everton took full advantage of his presence and paraded him around Goodison Park before the match.

Oscar winning British actress Judi Dench known for her role as “M” in the James Bond series is a staunch Everon supporter along with her husband and son. Dench attends their games in her free time and is even a patron of Everton In The Community.

#4 Wayne Rooney

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney, who started his career at Everton, supports the Merseyside outfit even today. Rooney wanted to play for the Toffees since he was a boy and scored for them against Arsenal when he was just 16. Rooney also has a distaste for Liverpool F.C much like any other Everton fan.

#5 Bill Kenwright

Not many know this but Everton chairman Bill Kenwright is also a reputed theatre producer and even acted in the long running British soap opera Coronation Street in 1968. Kenwright, who was born in Liverpool, has been a Toffees supporter since a boy and became the largest shareholder of the club in 1999. Now that’s called a true fan.
