#1 Xenoblade Chronicles X

Xenoblade Chronicles X

This action role-playing game, developed by Nintendo SPD, is a part of the Xeno series for the Wii-U platform. It will be released in the spring of 2015. The game involves exploring different places on foot or on large humanoid robots which are called, ‘Dolls’ which the players can control. These dolls can fly, swim as well as convert into vehicles such as motorcycles. The game has two alien races engaged in battles causing chaos on Earth which causes humans to escape the planet in a huge spaceship. This game has been eagerly awaited since its trailer was launched in E3 2013.

#2 Witcher Wild Hunt

This upcoming action role-playing game is developed by CD projekt Red. It will be released for MS Windows, PS 4 and Xbox One. The expected date for release is 24th February 2015. Also, the game might be released for Linux or Mac OS later on. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt concludes the story of the Witcher Geralt of Rivia, the series' protagonist, who’s story to date has been covered in the previous versions.The size of the map is much larger than in previous installments. It’s a completely open world environment. It would also involve a lot of exploring as well including huts, castles etc. Also the size of the monsters looks huge from the outset. Also it has other features like Witcher sense which helps you to survive in difficult situations.

#3 Blood borne

This upcoming action role playing game will be released exclusively for PS 4. The tentative release date will be at the end of March, 2015. It is developed by From Software and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. Some significant changes have been made to the game as compared to Demon's Souls and Dark Souls. This game seems quicker, agile where the players would have to take more rises to gain advantages of the situations.

There is a lot more arsenal at a player’s disposal. The game takes place in the city of Yharnam, who’s streets the gamer must navigate and overcome its violently deranged inhabitants and horrifying monsters in order to survive.

#4 Evolve

This first person shooter game will be released in February 2015. It is developed by Turtle Rock Studios and published by 2k Games. It could be played on MS Windows, PS 4 or Xbox One. It involves hunters and monsters in the game and assumes that humanity has travelled to a planet in the distant future, where the colonies are attacked by aliens who get furious because their land is invaded. The hunters are tasked with killing the monster; while the monster must either kill all four hunters, or complete a secondary objective such as destroying a human base or power plant. This promises to be an exciting game.

#5 No Mans Sky

No Mans sky, the upcoming game developed by Hello Games, is a science-fiction, exploration, adventure video game for PS 4 and MS Windows based simulation. It gives you your very own procedurally generated planet to explore, full of odd creatures and distinctive sights. This game could be single or multi-player. It’s an open universe game, where players explore the planets with a spacecraft where they interact and combat forces of other planets. The game will have online features that allow players to share details of their planets with online players.

#6 The Legend Of Zelda

This is an upcoming action adventure game which would be single player and would be played for the Wii-U platform developed and published by Nintendo and will be released in 2015. This version aims to give players more freedom to roam around unlike the previous games. In the footage presented at E3 2014, it featured high definition visuals that incorporate cell-shading, and a large open-world. Thus, we're thrilled to have a brand new console Zelda adventure coming, with fabulous-looking design and a promise to shake up the established formula.

#7 Mortal Kombat X

This upcoming 2015 fighting game slated to be released on April 14th 2015, is a single player game for MS Windows, PS 3, PS 4, XBOX 360 and Xbox One. It is developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros Interactive Entairtainment.

Various techniques like X-ray moves, unlike the previous Mortal Kombat, have been introduced as well as players can interact with the environment. Each fighter now has three different variations; each featuring a different set of moves they can use during the match. The game would transition to 25 years into the future.

#8 Rise of Tomb Raider

This game will be available exclusively for Xbox as a third person acting genre game slated to be released in the fourth quarter of 2015. It is developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Square Enix. The game picks up the story following the events of the first game and after Gail Simone's Tomb Raider comic book series. Here Lara Croft must use her survival skills and wits to learn to trust new friends, and ultimately accept her destiny as the Tomb Raider.

#9 The Order 1886

The Order 1886, which is developed by Ready at Dawn and SCE Santa Monica, will be a single player and exclusive for PS4. The expected date for the launch is February 20th, 2015. It’s an action-adventure game and is being developed since 2010 and was announced at the Sony E3 2013 Conference. The game is set in old London, where it’s an isolated world from monsters who are a combination of animal and man. This resulted in a war between humans and monsters as more and more humans feared that their lives were at risk.

#10 Halo 5

This is the first person shooter published by Microsoft and developed by 343 industries. A leaked story synopsis said that Chief would face "a new battery of challenges and tests in a Herculean effort to stay alive in a galaxy where sentient life is mercilessly hunted." Microsoft denied that these details are official, though. The information was generic enough that it really didn't matter whether it was real or fake.
