We have seen many ping pong rallies in the past. Rarely do you get to see a player defending in a rally like his life is on the line.
Nigeria's Segun Toriola just did that in his game against Singapore's Ning Gao at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
His brave effort did not pay off as Ning went onto win the match and Singapore won the men's team semifinals 3-1.
