Leander Paes might be the king with the diamond crown of Indian tennis. But at home, things are quite rocky for the tennis star. As reported by NDTV, Paes alleged that former cricketer Atul Sharma threatened to kill him and his young daughter earlier this year. In a police complaint, Paes alleged that Sharma was involved in a romantic relationship with his partner Rhea Pillai.
The couple are in a court case of their own, with Pillai filing for custody of their eight-year-old daughter after accusing Paes of domestic violence and harassment.
Paes received the threat from Sharma when he tried to show documentary eveidence in court, in order to prove his innocence.
