India's 14-year-old Siddhant Banthia booked his ticket to the 2015 junior Wimbledon after he won the HSBC Road to Wimbledon Boys' Singles Championship.

The organisers announced on Monday that the Pune boy had defeated top seed Maxime Tremikhin 7-6(2), 2-6, 6-0 in the singles final held at Wimbledon, Saturday.

Siddhant played near perfect tennis beating the top seed thrice on his way to the title.

Siddhant Banthia and Adil Kalyanpur beat Jake Norris and Pierce Widdecombe 6-3 in boys doubles final. The match had to be stopped after the first set when one of their opponents ran into the back wall and injured himself and had to withdraw after a set.

Siddhant was a runner up at Road to Wimbledon Junior Masters that took place in April in Delhi.
