CJ Allen is an American 29-year-old track and field athlete, competing in outdoor track and field events. Allen has trained under coach Wayne Phipps and is represented by agent Merhawi (Hawi) Keflezighi. Sponsored by ASICS, he has achieved notable personal bests, including a 14.34 in the 110m hurdles, a 46.07 in the 400m, and a 47.58 in the 400m hurdles.

On the track, he set Olympic League records in both the 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles during his junior year. At the state 2A Championships, Allen excelled in the 300m hurdles, taking fifth place as a sophomore, second as a junior, and winning as a senior with a meet record time of 37.33. He was also the state champion in the 110m hurdles as a junior and secured third place as a senior, with his time of 14.41 breaking the meet record. Additionally, he earned a fourth-place finish in the 200m during his senior year. His personal record accomplishments also include a 40.20 in the 4x100 meters relay and a 3:10.40 in the 4x400 meters relay. He completed his education at North Mason High School in 2013, Washington State University in 2018, with degrees in Kinesiology and Psychology, and LIFE University in 2023 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He is the son of Jeffrey and Amy Allen and has a brother named Corey. Beyond athletics, Allen co-leads Bible Studies for athletes and coaches and is working on developing a YouTube channel. He is passionate about cooking, with aspirations of owning a restaurant, and enjoys camping and producing YouTube content.

C.J. Allen is born and brought up in Belfair, Washington. C.J. He had a notable high school career at North Mason High School, where he earned nine letters across various sports. He lettered twice in football under coach Jeff Bevers, twice in basketball with coach Steve Hachett, and once in cross country as a freshman with coach Alan O’Brien. He also earned four letters in track, again under coach Jeff Bevers. In football, Allen was an all-league cornerback and kick returner in his senior year and achieved the No. 1 ranking in the state for kick return average in 2012.
