She was born in Grand Prairie, Texas, USA, and began her graduation at the University of Georgia. There, she won the SEC Indoor Champion in the Triple Jump before transferring to the University of Florida, where she completed her graduation. There, she was a seven-time NCAA Indoor Champion, thrice in the Long Jump and four times in the Triple Jump. She has also won the SEC Indoor and the SEC Outdoor Championship four times each for the Florida Gators.

On the national front, Moore has won a bronze and a silver medal at the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships 2022, and a bronze medal at the US Olympic Trials. Following a 23-rank finish at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Moore won a bronze medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics in the Triple Jump category with a score of 14.67 m and is yet to compete in the Long Jump category.
