Vernon Norwood is a track and field athlete specializing in the 400m sprints event. Also known by his full name Vernon Larnard Norwood, he holds the 47th spot in the men's overall ranking. The four-time NCAA Champion is also an eight-time All-American and nine-time All-SEC. He became the second individual of the LSU Tigers to sweep national championships in a single season.
